摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator apparatus enabling the easy assembly and disassembly of a traction machine by eliminating the effects of a brake and a motor on the traction machine.
SOLUTION: This elevator apparatus comprises a counterweight 31 and a car 28 lifting in a hoistway 25 through a rope 26 driven by the traction machine 1. The traction machine 1 comprises a permanent magnet type synchronous motor 7 of radial gap system having a stator fixed to a frame 3 and a rotor fixed to a housing 16. A separable sheave 5 is installed on the anti-frame 3 side of the housing 16, and the outer diameter of the sheave 5 is made smaller than the outer diameter of the housing 16.

The support of the upper pulley 10 is carried out while dividing to a pulley support plate 14 and a guide rail fix plate 16 and further, plural holes are made on the guide rail fix plate 16 vertically so as to vertically adjust the tightening position by the tightening bolts 15 of the pulley support plate 14.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable an easy drainage of a condensed water without using any particular device and operation method by opening a drain pipe in opposition to a drain channel provided along the advancing direction on the obliquely elevating passage bottom face, and providing an exhaust port toward the outside of the elevating passage on the drain channel lower end. CONSTITUTION:The operation of a chilling unit 10 causes a condensed water, and this condensed water runs down the floor side of an elevating passage 1 through a drain pipe 10a. The floor just under the opening side of the drain pipe 10a is provided with a drain channel 1a continuously formed along the running part of a cage 3. Thus, the condensed water falls into the drain channel 1a and flows to the lower side. As the drain channel 1a is provided with an exhaust port 11 leading to the outside of the elevating passage 1 in the lowest part thereof, the condensed water is exhausted out of the elevating passage 1. Thus, there is no need to provide a tank for storing the condensed water on the cage 3, nor to provide a particular drain device within the elevating passage 1. Hence, the drainage is possible during the operation of the cage 3, and no particular operation for drainage is not required.
