CONSTITUTION: In a hoisting machine 21, a sheave 7 is directly attached to the shaft end of a gear motor 29 provided with a brake and fixed to machine beams 14 through a machine base 23 and a vibrationproof rubber 13. A chain pinion 27 is attached to the shaft end of the gear motor 29 provided with the brake. A chain gear 39 is attached to the shaft end of a winding drum 17 arranged next to the gear motor 29 provided with the brake, and the chain gears 37, 39 are connected to each other by a chain 38, and the gear motor 29 provided with the brake and the winding drum 17 are fixed on the machine base 24. Thereby, the speed ratio to the winding method can be obtained by the chain gear deceleration by adding the chain gears 37, 39 and the chain 38 in the winding drum method, thereby the gear motor 29 provided with the brake can be shared.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent transverse oscillation of a riding cage by absorbing a transverse fluctuating load component caused by curving a rail for guiding the riding cage of an elevator. CONSTITUTION:In a guide device 4, a guide piece brought into contact with a rail is supported by a spring. Electromagnets 12A, 12B for attracting the rail 3 are provided in a guide piece supporting member 7 which is rotatably supported to a guide piece bed 8 by a pin 9. Further, the guide device 4 is provided with a control unit not shown in the drawing, that is, sensor not shown in the drawing for detecting displacement of the guide piece supporting member 7 by distortion of the rail 3 at the time of lifting a riding cage 2 and a controller for controlling an excitation condition of the electromagnets 12A, 12B, for instance, direction and intensity of a current so as to eliminate this detected displacement. In this way, a transverse fluctuating load component by curving the rail for guiding the riding cage is absorbed by elasticity of the guide piece and prevented from being transmitted the riding cage, and an elevator having a comfortable feeling to ride with no transverse oscillation can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture, installation and adjustment of a door device in which a high speed door, a middle speed door and a low speed door are opened and closed with displacement ratios of 3:2:1, by installing a second link mechanism for opening and closing the middle speed door and the low speed door, in a first link mechanism for opening and closing the high speed door and the low speed door. CONSTITUTION:In such a case that three doors, that is, a high speed door 1A, a middle speed door 3B and a low speed door 3C are linked one another and accordingly, they are opened and closed with displacement ratios of 3:2:1, an arm 20 is fastened by a bolt to a door hanger 2c projected from the upper part of the low speed door 1C, and a rope type link mechanism 8 is provided to the arm 8 so that the middle speed door 1B and the low speed door 1C are opened closed with a displacement ratio of 2:1. A pair of sheaves 14 are journalled to opposite ends of the arm fixed to the low speed door 1C at the front side surface, and are wound thereon with a linking rope 15 which is also wound on a stationary sheave 16 journalled to an hanger casing, so as to constitute a rope type link mechanism 9 in which the high speed door 1A and the low speed door 1C are linked together with a displacement ratio of 3:1.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the number of materials and to reduce time required for welding work by integrally molding by bending a plate for an installation part to a sub beam in a roughly square shape, building with bending a plate into a roughly-U-shaped-molded article to a speed reducer installation part and fixing both of them by spot welding. CONSTITUTION: A frame body 17a integrally molding by bending a plate for a member to connect a sub beam and a member to install a speed reducer in a roughly U shape is provided. Thereafter, a reinforcing member 17b molded by bending a plate into a roughly hat shape is provided to install the speed reducer. An integrated machine base 17 is provided by combining this frame body 17a and the reinforcing member 17b and spot welding them on an mating surface 17Q and a 17r part. It is possible to reduce the members by making the two members of the U shaped article integrally molding by bending a plate and the hat shaped-article molded by bending a plate, to reduce welding time by integrating both of them by spot welding and to eliminate welding distortion correction work.
