摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound having amber smell and useful for perfumery, etc., at a low cost, by subjecting abietic acid successively to oxidation, esterification, decomposition of aldehyde group, reduction of ketone group and ester group, vinylation by ultraviolet irradiation, oxidative decomposition and cyclization. CONSTITUTION:The objective compound can be produced by (1) oxidizing abietic acid to effect the ring-opening at the double bond adjacent to propyl group and the esterification of the carboxylic acid group to form a compound of formula I (R is alkyl), (2) decomposing the 2-aldehyde group of the compound to obtain a mixture of the compounds of formula II and formula III, (3) decomposing and reducing the 1-side chain to hydroxyethylene group, (4) reducing the 5-ester group to hydroxymethylene group to obtain a mixture of the compounds of formula IV and formula V, (5) masking the 1- and 5-OH groups and irradiating the compounds with ultraviolet radiation to convert the 2-position to vinyl group, (6) carrying out the oxidative decomposition of the 2-position, (7) forming an oxide ring between the OH group of the 1-side chain and the 2-OH group of the resultant compound of formula VI and finally (8) reducing the 6-hydroxymethylene group to methyl group.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a skin cosmetic having excellent practical use characteristics and improving effects on roughened skin, by adding oleic acid and rapeseed fatty acid to a culture medium prepared by aerobically cultivating a protozoan euglena, keeping the culture medium in an anaerobic state and blending the resultant fat or oil. CONSTITUTION:A skin cosmetic produced by aerobically cultivating a protozoan euglena in a Koren . Hutner culture medium, etc., at 20-33 deg.C and initial pH 3.0-7.0, adding oleic acid and rapeseed fatty acid at 60:40-90:10 weight ratio in the total amount of 0.5-2%, keeping the culture medium in an anaerobic state for 1-5 days by passing N2, etc., to provided an euglena fat or oil and blending the resultant fat or oil. The above mentioned euglena fat or oil in an amount of 2.0-5.0wt% is blended with skin cosmetic based, e.g. creams, milky lotions, lipsticks, foundations, etc. The afore-mentioned cosmetic exhibits characteristics excellent in extensibility, compatibility with the skin, refreshing feeling, humectant property, etc.

CONSTITUTION:A skin cosmetic obtained aerobically cultivating a protozoan euglena belonging to the genus Euglena (genus Euglena), then adding oleic acid to the culture medium, subsequently and aerobically cultivating the euglena for 1-5 days and keeping the culture medium in an anaerobic state for 1-5 days to provided an euglena fat or oil, i.e. fat or oil with a high content of monoesters containing 14C and 16C unsaturated fatty acids and unsaturated alcohols (tetradecenoic acid, tetradecenol, hexadecanoic acid and hexadecenol as constituent ingredients) and blending the resultant euglena fat or oil. The cosmetic has excellent practical use characteristics, i.e. extensibility, compatibility with the skin, refreshing feeding, humectant property and oiliness.

Metals forming the metallic salts are the constituents of a solder film or the like. The soln. is heated and a substrate of a metal having a greater ionization tendency than the metals forming the metallic salts, e.g., Zn, Al, Fe, Ni or Cu is immersed in the heated soln. to deposit the metals forming the metallic salts on the surface of the substrate. By this method, a film of a metal for joining such as solder can be accurately formed on the exposed surface of the base metal of a board having a drawn circuit pattern.

摘要： PURPOSE:To uniformly supply solder and to prevent short circuiting by constituting the org. solder of maleic rosin or fumaric rosin and the salt of tin and lead and specifying the content of metallic tin and metallic lead to specific weight % or above. CONSTITUTION:The org. solder is constituted of the rosin deriv. of the maleic rosin or fumaric rosin and the salt of tin and lead. The content of the metallic tin in the solder is compounded to >=12% and the content of the metallic tin therein to >=4%. The salt substantially contg. tin and lead can be obtd. by adding the salt of tin and lead to the alkaline salt of the rosin deriv. and subjecting the same to double decomposition. The tin salt and lead salt of the rosin deriv. are decomposed to form the molten solder alloy when such org. solder is heated to 300-400 deg.C. Joining of metals is thus executed. Since the formation of the liberated metallic particles is prevented, the solder is uniformly supplied and the short circuiting is prevented.
