摘要：アモルファス酸化ケイ素粉末の製造方法は、六炭糖および五炭糖のうちの少なくともいずれか一方と、酸化ケイ素とを含む木質材、農作物または植物を投入原料として用意する工程と、この投入原料を硝酸、塩酸、硫酸、リン酸または有機酸によって加水分解処理し、六炭糖の含有量を10重量%以下および/または五炭糖の含有量を20重量%以下にする工程と、加水分解処理して得られた残渣分を400℃以上1200℃以下で燃焼する工程とを備える。

【解決手段】寒天ゲルを溶解可能な抽出溶媒に紅藻類を一定時間浸漬して、前記抽出溶媒により寒天ゲルを溶解する段階と、前記溶解された寒天ゲルを反応溶媒と反応させて繊維質に変換する段階と、前記繊維質を硬化剤により硬化させる段階と、前記硬化された繊維質をパルプ化させる段階と、を含む紅藻類を用いたパルプと紙の製造方法。本発明に従い製造されたパルプ及び紙は、木材原料の購入にかかる費用に比べて生産コストが安価であると共に、リグニンの除去及び漂白のための化学薬品などの使用が大幅に軽減されるので、環境汚染を防止することができる。さらに、最終品は有害な化学薬品を含有しないことから、人体はもとより、環境にも害悪を及ぼすことがない。

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sanitary paper with enhanced activity against Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa through making use of used tea leaves, and to provide a method for producing an inexpensive and disposable absorptive form by the use of the sanitary paper. SOLUTION: This method for producing a sanitary paper comprises coating a wet paper with a tea concentrate followed by drying. The other objective method for producing an absorptive form comprises the steps of providing a water-absorbing material layer comprising a water-absorbing material and a highly water-absorbing resin on a 1st sanitary paper and then laying a 2nd sanitary paper on the above layer; wherein the 1st or the 2nd sanitary paper contains a dried product of tea concentrate. The sanitary paper thus obtained is to be used as a toilet paper or the like, while the absorptive form thus obtained is to be used in the form of e.g. a bedding sheet, diaper, sanitary napkin. Furthermore, by using the ground product of waste materials produced in manufacturing sanitary goods as a compounding component of the above water-absorbing material layer, both the water-holding ability and heat of combustion of the absorptive form is raised through utilizing both the water-holding ability and heat of combustion inherent in the ground product of plastic material, thus facilitating the incineration treatment of the absorptive form after used.
