    • A tubular recliner mechanism including an inner tube (23) having a longitudinally extending row of first apertures formed therethrough and an outer tube (22) having a row of longitudinally spaced apart second apertures extending between ends thereof in a rotationally offset pattern. The outer tube (22) is coaxially positioned around and rotatable relative the inner tube (23).
