    • The invention relates to a seat-adjusting mechanism for a seat (101, 102) for facilitating a person getting into and out of the interior of a motor vehicle, in which a back-rest part (114) is positively coupled to a seat part (112) by means of a rocker (116), such that an adjustment movement of the back-rest part (114) is transferred to the seat part (112). According to the invention, the back-rest part (114) and the seat part (112) of the seat (101, 102, 03) are moved, in a first step, from an initial position (I), along a first pre-definable horizontal linear measure (∆x1), by means of a sliding device (400; 400-1, 400-2, 400-3) connected to an upper track (201) of a seat track (200), into an intermediate position (II), the back-rest part (114) being rigidly connected to a back-rest-unlocking unit (300) of the back-rest part (114) by means of a coupling element (10) that can be pivoted about a first coupling element pivot axis (y10a) in relation to the sliding device (400; 400-1, 400-2, 400-3), whereby the back-rest part (114) is slid in the longitudinal direction (+x) along a first pre-definable horizontal travel distance (∆x1a) of the back-rest part and, at the same time, the incline of the back-rest part (114) is adjusted from the initial position (I) thereof, about a pre-definable angle (α), into the intermediate position (II) thereof, the positively coupled seat part (112) which is directly or indirectly supported on a pivoting arm (118) on the upper track (201) of the seat track (200) being slid, in the first step, in the longitudinal direction (+x) along a first horizontal travel distance (∆x1b) of the seat part, and a front side of the seat part (112) being simultaneously lowered down a vertical travel distance (∆z), whereafter the back-rest part (114) and the seat part (112) are slid together, in a second step, by an unlocking of the upper track (201) from a body-mounted lower track (202) of the seat track (200), simultaneously along a pre-definable second horizontal travel distance (∆x2) further in the longitudinal direction (+x) into an Easy-Entry-Position (III).

    • An aircraft passenger seat (100) has a seat bottom frame (150), and the seat bottom frame (150) is supported by an eccentric cam (210).
