    • An upright three-wheeled vehicle. A footboard unit is connected between the pair of rear wheel units. A handlebar unit extends from the frame. A bottom portion of a shaft of the handle unit is rotatably installed in a connecting frame. A fixed frame fixedly connects the front top surface of the footboard unit at both sides of the connecting frame.
