    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device of a vehicle which can obtain sufficient acoustic pressure of suction noise propagated in a cabin, with respect to a constitution in which the suction noise of an internal combustion engine is propagated into the cabin. SOLUTION: The acoustic device 1 connecting a surge tank and a dash panel includes a duct member 5, a film unit 6 on the dash panel side, and a film unit 7 on a cowl side. In the duct member 5, openings 5B and 53a opening to the dash panel side and the cowl side, respectively, are formed. The film unit 6 on the dash panel side and the film unit 7 on the cowl side are mounted on the opening 5B of the dash panel side and the opening 53a of the cowl side, respectively. In the respective film units 6 and 7, punching panels made of metal are superposed on inner surfaces of the duct member 5 relative to films 61 and 71, which are made of resin thin films.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device for a vehicle which generates pleasant sounds close to actual intake noise of an engine in the vehicle.SOLUTION: An acoustic device for a vehicle includes: a pressure sensor 21 which detects a sound pressure of intake noise of an engine 12 and outputs the sound pressure as a sound pressure signal; a signal processing part which performs processing for changing the sound pressure signal according to the operation state of a vehicle; and a speaker which outputs the sound pressure signal as the intake noise of the engine 12. The pressure sensor 21 is provided near an air flow meter 18 which is located closer to the air cleaner 16 side relative to a center part in an intake duct 15 for connecting the air cleaner 16 with a throttle body 17.
