    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device of a vehicle which can obtain sufficient acoustic pressure of suction noise propagated in a cabin, with respect to a constitution in which the suction noise of an internal combustion engine is propagated into the cabin. SOLUTION: The acoustic device 1 connecting a surge tank and a dash panel includes a duct member 5, a film unit 6 on the dash panel side, and a film unit 7 on a cowl side. In the duct member 5, openings 5B and 53a opening to the dash panel side and the cowl side, respectively, are formed. The film unit 6 on the dash panel side and the film unit 7 on the cowl side are mounted on the opening 5B of the dash panel side and the opening 53a of the cowl side, respectively. In the respective film units 6 and 7, punching panels made of metal are superposed on inner surfaces of the duct member 5 relative to films 61 and 71, which are made of resin thin films. An audition is performed in this state, and an installation condition of the panel 20 is changed when the desired acoustic characteristics are not obtained.
