    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor cooling device capable of assuring the sealing performance by itself, ensuring the manufacture easiness, and preventing leakage of a cooling liquid on an inner side of a cover member when a tubular member and a cooling liquid circulation circuit in which the cooling liquid circulates are disconnected.SOLUTION: A semiconductor cooling device 50 has: a cooler 32 having a cooling chamber R where a cooling liquid circulates; a tubular member 35 that forms a flowing path connected to the cooling chamber R; and a cover member 60 that houses a semiconductor element, the cooler 32, and the tubular member 35. An opening 62 is provided on a predetermined opening formation surface 61 of the cover member 60. The semiconductor cooling device 50 has a concave space formation member 70 attached to the opening 62 and that forms a recessed concave space CS on an inner side of the cover member 60. A tip of the tubular member 35 is arranged in the concave space CS. The concave space formation member 70 and the cover member 60, and the concave space formation member 70 and the tubular member 35 are connected in a fluid-tight state, respectively.
