The PCU chamber includes: a thin plate 23 made of a steel plate and disposed on the fixation pedestal 22; a cooler 27 disposed on the thin plate 23; a control board 29 disposed on the cooler 27; and a steel plate cover 43 mounted to the transaxle case 31 so as to cover a section from the fixation pedestal 22 to the control board 29. The thin plate 23 and the cooler 27 are tightened together to the fixation pedestal 22 by bolts 26 to constitute a heat insulating chamber, so as to suppress conduction of heat from a transaxle 30.
