    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit to be integrated with a control device while suppressing the enlargement of the drive unit as a whole.
      SOLUTION: The drive unit 1 includes an input shaft I connected to an engine, a first rotary electric machine MG1, a second rotary electric machine MG2, a planetary gear device P comprising three rotary elements, an output gear 12 connected to the planetary gear device P, an output shaft O for transmitting the rotation of the output gear 12 to a driving wheel, and a control device 21 for controlling either or both the first rotary electric machine MG1 and the second rotary electric machine MG2. The output gear 12, the planetary gear device P and the first rotary electric machine MG1 are coaxially arranged with the input shaft I. The planetary gear device P is arranged on the axial inner side of the first rotary electric machine MG1, being overlapped on the first rotary electric machine MG1 in the axial direction. The second rotary electric machine MG2 is arranged at axes different from the input shaft I and the output shaft O. With the oil pump body 32 inserted into the inner periphery of the extension portion 82a and the abutting portion 32b abutting on the transaxle case 80, the rotary bearing 26 is fixed by a nut 35 screwed around the screw portion 34.
