PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new package, serving as a packaging body for an agricultural chemical, which is soluble in water, produced easily at a low cost, strong to teardown and breakdown, and durable. SOLUTION: At least one recess is formed in a primary sheet of water soluble or water dispersive substance. An agricultural chemical composition is disposed in the recess. Then, a secondary sheet of water soluble or water dispersive substance is placed on flanges, and the sheets are heat-sealed to form a continuous water-soluble or water-dispersive heat seal that is curved but has an angular intersection, thereby enclosing and packaging the contents. The contents is discharged within 10 minutes after the package and water undergo a melting reaction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem which deteriorates taste of cigarettes by printing ink solvent remaining in the package without being diffused to the outside because of the construction of the package where a highly hermetic film is used for the outermost packaging of a cigarette package normally made in a triple package comprising an inner package, an outer package by paper and a package by a film made of polypropylene or the like. SOLUTION: In order to prevent a printing ink solvent from infiltrating into cigarettes in an inner package, a laminated film made up by bonding a thin film made of polypropylene or the like to a thick film of polypropylene or the like on which printing is made is used, instead of a conventional packaging by outer packaging by paper and film, and thereby packaging in a simplified form of a double package comprising an inner package and an outer package of laminated film or a single package by the laminated film only can be achieved while convenience for taking out the cigarettes or the like is maintained as usual.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe packing assembly greatly reducing the cost and amount of materials, and a packing method. SOLUTION: The assembly 30 of syringes 22 includes a first layer 32 surrounding the syringes. The first layer retains the syringes in an orientation such that some of the syringes have first larger ends aligned with the second smaller ends of the remaining syringes. The first layer also protects the syringes from external contamination. A second layer 34 surrounds the first layer and protects the first layer from external contamination. The syringes and the first layer are preferably sterilized within the second layer 34.

180 SOFT PACKAGE EXCELLENT IN BAG FRACTURE RESISTANCE AND IMPACT RESISTANCE JP23360695 1995-09-12 JPH0977132A 1997-03-25 TAIRA KAZUO; SUZUKI KOJI; HATANO YASUSHI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft package having excellent heat resistance, sealing strength, and impact resistance, by using a laminate body in which a layer comprising as its main constituent a syndiotactic propylene polymer having a specific percentage of racemipentad is disposed inside a layer made of a material having a high elastic modulus. SOLUTION: A package uses a laminate body 1 in which at least one layer 4, comprising as its main constituent a syndiotactic propylene polymer having a racemipentad (rrrr) percentage of 75% or more, is disposed inside layers 2 and 3 made of materials having elastic moduli higher than that of the layer 4. In this case, in the layer 4 comprising the syndiotactic propylene polymer as the main constituent, a propylene polymer having no spherulites with a diameter of 10μ or more is used. The layer 4 is formed so as to have a crystallinity rate (Δ) of 80% or more, the crystallinity rate (Δ) being defined by Δ=αc/αmax ×100 (where αmax is a thin recess crystallinity degree and a quantity of heat required for crystalline melting per unit weight of a sample, and αc is a quantity of heat required for the crystalline melting of the corresponding layer).
