Der biegeelastische Flächenbereich (7) weist ein auf dem Flächenbereich (7) im Wesentlichen zentrisch angeordnetes, an der Gelenkkugel (3) zur Anlage bringbares Druckkontaktelement (8) auf. Die Kontaktoberfläche des Druckkontaktelements (8) befindet sich in der kräftefreien Neutralstellung der Vorspanneinrichtung in einem Abstand zum Mittelpunkt der Kugelschale (4', 4"), der kleiner ist als der Radius der Gelenkkugel (3). Die Erfindung ermöglicht die Realisierung im Betrieb robuster sowie dauerhaft spielfreier Betätigungseinrichtungen insbesondere für Gangwechselgetriebe. Aufgrund konstruktiver Vereinfachung und Reduzierung der Teileanzahl besteht Potenzial zur Kostenersparnis in Produktion und Montage.
