摘要： A cooking apparatus for assuring easier cleaning of contaminants, such as food residue, attached to the wall surface of a cavity (110) in the cooking apparatus is disclosed. The cooking apparatus includes a body (100) defining the outer appearance of the cooking apparatus, and a cavity (110) defining a space for heating and cooking an object and having an inner surface to form an oil-repellent surface by being heated. In a cleaning method for the cooking apparatus, the inner surface of the cavity (110) is heated prior to cooking food, to have an oil-repellency. The inner surface makes it difficult for the contaminants to be attached thereto. Even if the contaminants are attached, the contaminants have a very low adhesive power and thus are easy to clean.

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Beschichtungsmaterial mit einer katalytischen Aktivität zur Reduktion der Verbrennungstemperatur von Ruß und organischen Substanzen. Sie betrifft weiterhin die Verwendung des Beschichtungsmaterials. Um ein katalytisch aktives Beschichtungsmaterial zu schaffen, mit dem eine abriebfeste und auch für optische Anwendungen geeignete Beschichtung zur Verbrennung von Ruß und organischen Substanzen erstellt werden kann, wird im Rahmen der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß das Beschichtungsmaterial 20 bis 90 Gew.-% Verbindungen von Nebengruppenmetallen oder von Elementen der 3. und 4. Hauptgruppe, 10 bis 80 Gew.-% Alkali- oder Erdalkaliverbindungen enthält. Überraschenderweise ist mit der erfindungsgemäßen katalytischen Zusammensetzung die Herstellung einer farblosen, transparenten bzw. transluzenten Beschichtung möglich, welche zudem eine hohe Abriebstabilität aufweist.

摘要： A high temperature resistive coating composition (15) includes a pigmenting component, a binder component, and a hardening agent. The pigmenting component includes a spinel of the formula AB204, in which A is selected from the group consisting of Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu and Ni, or a combination thereof, and B is selected from the group consisting of Al, Fe and Cr, or a combination thereof. The binder component of the high temperature resistive coating is preferably a polysiloxane material, such as a silicon resin. Moreover, the hardening agent of the high temperature resistive coating includes a finely powdered material selected from the group consisting of diamond powder, BN, WC, SiC, Al203, AlN and Si02. The resistive coating may be advantageously used for coating the interior of a self-cleaning oven (8), an oven rack (17), burner grates, and the like, particularly due to its ability to withstand high temperatures.
