    • The invention relates to engine-building engineering. The inventive axial piston engine comprises a body, diametrically opposite cylinders which are arranged in pairs and each of which is provided with two opposing pistons, a main shaft with two oppositely-tilted discs, which are mounted thereon and on the outer surface of which three-dimensionally swinging washers are arranged via bearings, cylinder heads with inlet valves and return valves placed on a boost air path, an air grease skimming tank, a compressor, the intake and exhaust valves of the cylinder working part and nozzles. One three-dimensionally swinging washer provided with journals is assigned to each pair of cylinders. The pistons are provided with rods which are rigidly fixed thereto, have supporting pistons displaceable in guiding cylinders and transmit effort to the oppositely-tilted discs and to the main shaft via articulation joints supported by the journals of the three-dimensionally swinging washers. The compressor is used for the starting pre-filling of the grease skimming tank with compressed air and for increasing a pressure during operation, thereby making it possible to modify the compression rate and the engine power, respectively. Said invention makes it possible to increase the reliability and the performance factor and to modify the compression rate during the operation of axial piston engines.

    • The invention relates to a device allowing a reciprocating translational movement to be converted into a continuous rotational movement and vice versa, by means of a swashplate that performs a "conical rolling" movement. The shafts (4, 5, 6) are mounted in a pivotably interconnected manner in the same plane. The swashplate (7) is pivotably connected about its axis of symmetry to the inclined shaft (6), and is connected to the frame via a finger swivel connection. The driving shaft that is slidingly connected to the support (3) allows the angle between the inclined shaft (6) and the intermediate shaft (5) to be reduced or increased. This angle is then transmitted to the plate (7) which tilts. During the rotation of the driving shaft (4), the movement of said driving shaft drives the inclined shaft via the intermediate shaft. The inclined shaft drives the plate such that it performs a "conical rolling movement" owing to the homokinetic-type finger swivel connection centered on the axis of the pivoting connection of the inclined shaft (6) and the accessory shaft (13). In this way, the "conical rolling movement" recovered in the plane is transmitted to the pistons via the connecting rods. The pistons then perform a reciprocating stroke in the cylinders, the amplitude of which depends on the incline of the angled shaft. The device of the invention is particularly suitable for replacing the movement conversion systems of axial piston pumps and engines, but also for allowing the use of heat engines having axial and opposing pistons.
