摘要： A process is disclosed for reducing Nox in which x equals 1 or 2, from exhaust fumes on heterogeneous catalysts with hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, hydrogen or their mixtures, in the presence of oxygen, at a temperature from 100 to 650 DEG C and an absolute pressure of 0.5 to 50 bars. As heterogeneous catalysts, bimodal or higher-modal compounds are used which have the general formula (I) A1-x M2 O4 and are optionally doped with rare earths, precious metals, titanium, vanadium, molybdenum, tungsten or their mixtures. In the formula (I), A stands for magnesium, calcium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, tin or their mixtures; M stands for aluminium, gallium, indium, tin, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc or their mixtures; and x equals 0 to 0.99. The oxygen atoms of said compounds are arranged in the densest possible cubic sphere packing in which A is located in the tetrahedral gaps and M in the octahedral gaps, wherein A may also occupy octahedral gaps when an equivalent amount of M occupies tetrahedral gaps.

摘要： The invention pertains to a process for producing heteroepitaxial diamond layers on Si substrates by means of chemical vapor deposition and common process gases, wherein (a) the Si surface is pretreated by creating a vacuum and heating the Si substrate to temperatures greater than 300 C, preferably between 600 and 1100 C; (b) a nucleation phase is carried out with a negative bias voltage applied in the range of -60 to -300 volts at a substrate temperature of 400 to 1100 C; (c) the diamond deposition is carried out under per se known conditions without applying a bias voltage.

摘要： A process is disclosed for determining the electronic properties of semiconductor structures, in particular modulation-doped field effect transistors (MODFET). The electric resistance and the Hall coefficient of parallel conducting semiconductor layers of the MODFET are determined. A mobility spectrum is derived from these measurement values and its results are subjected to an error calculation. The load carrier densities and the mobility of parallel conducting layers are determined from the mobility spectrum. The channel carrier density and mobility of series of layers can thus be optimised. In addition, knowing the conductivity of the top layer is important to achieve high breakdown voltages in field effect transistors.

No basis in morphological or linguistic knowledge is required for the preferably cyclically continued breakdown, nor for the accompanying drawing up of stop word prefix and suffix lists. Simple morphological knowledge is provided by the specification of minimum requirements for the form of descriptors and text sections. The process can adapted to new applications very flexibly and easily. The process is, moreover, very fault-tolerant and hence especially suitable for the classification of digitised texts obtained by character recognition processes from written texts or by means of speech recognition processes from spoken texts.
