    • Die vorliegende Erfindung schafft eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Faserverbundbauteils. Die Vorrichtung umfasst ein Formwerkzeug mit einer Formfläche zur Formung eines harzgetränkten Fasermaterials, eine an der Formfläche angeordnete Filterplatte, die einen porösen Werkstoff aufweist, und ein Mittel zum Erzeugen eines Unterdrucks an der Formfläche auf einer dem Fasermaterial abgewandten Seite der Filterplatte. Unter einem weiteren Gesichtspunkt schafft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Faserverbundbauteils. Zunächst wird eine Filterplatte bereitgestellt, die einen porösen Werkstoff aufweist. In weiteren Schritten wird ein mit Harz getränkten Fasermaterials auf der Filterplatte angeordnet, das Fasermaterial über der Filterplatte abgedeckt und ein Unterdruck auf einer dem Fasermaterial abgewandten Seite der Filterplatte erzeugt.

    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a three dimensional frame structure that can be used as a core structure in a sandwich construction.
