摘要： The present invention relates to a water-saving toilet in which waste is removed by a small amount of water, and more particularly, to a water-saving toilet in which a water-saving tank is arranged in the water tank of the toilet, and siphoning is promoted by the air decompression which occurs during water drainage, to thereby dispense with wastes with a smaller amount of water. As the water-saving toilet of the present invention comprises the water-saving tank having a closed receiving space formed between two partition walls of the water-saving tank, and an internal water reservoir formed at the center of the water-saving tank, only the water contained in the water-saving tank is supplied to a water supply unit of a toilet bowl through a water drain hole when a lever of the water tank is operated to flush the toilet bowl with water, to thereby reduce water consumption for each flushing action of the toilet in accordance with the capacity of the water saving tank. Further, as the water saving toilet of the present invention comprises a pressure reduction pipe which interconnects the upper portion of the closed receiving space of the water saving tank and a siphoning channel, the pressure in the upper portion of the closed receiving space is reduced when the water is drained from the closed receiving space of the water-saving tank, to thus promote siphoning by the pressure reduction pipe connected to the closed receiving space, and to improve the effect of waste removal with a small amount of water.

摘要： The present invention provides a novel method for producing monoclonal antibodies against a variety of mammalian antigens, and in particular, cell surface antigens that are relatively conserved between species. In a specific embodiment, the invention relates to the generation of monoclonal antibodies that specifically react with prion proteins (PrP). The method comprises combining a PrP knockout mouse and a PrP-non-expressing fusion partner for hybridoma production, thereby opening all regions and conformation of the molecule to antibody production.
