    • This invention relates to devices that manage projects and communicate between project members. Previously, it was difficult to track who was responsible for a project step; instead projects were needlessly delayed while someone was waiting for someone else. Embodiments of the present invention use a system having a process (100) involving some of the following steps, which may not be in order: first, creating a project (140). Then, activating the project (145). After that, identifying when each task in the set of tasks is completed (180). Following that, transmitting project updates to one or more team members for each identified task that is completed, to one or more team members of the projects (155). Next, marking the project as completed when all tasks in the set of tasks are completed. Then, transmitting a final report for the completed project to one or more team members.
