Previously, it was difficult to track who was responsible for a project step; instead projects were needlessly delayed while someone was waiting for someone else. Embodiments of the present invention use a system having a process (100) involving some of the following steps, which may not be in order: first, creating a project (140). Then, activating the project (145). After that, identifying when each task in the set of tasks is completed (180). Following that, transmitting project updates to one or more team members for each identified task that is completed, to one or more team members of the projects (155). Next, marking the project as completed when all tasks in the set of tasks are completed. Then, transmitting a final report for the completed project to one or more team members.

The reel is disposed within the first chamber. The reel includes first and second hubs configured to rotate and at least one connecting member connecting the first hub to the second hub. The at least one auger is disposed in the second chamber. The first and second hubs rotate about a common axis of rotation. No connecting member connects a center of the first hub to a center of the second hub along the axis of rotation. An attachment point between each connecting member and the first hub is circumferentially offset with respect to an attachment point between the same connecting member and the second hub.

More specifically, the video-aware approach first detects whether or when video content is being actively played back on a screen of a hosting device. If the video content is actively being rendered, the approach separates (segments) the screen content into static (non-video) content and video content, The approach then applies video-specific capture and compression methods to the video content of the screen and other suitable compression methods to the non-video content of the screen. The compressed static and video content of the screen are separately and independently transmitted across the network to remote computing devices and are then decompressed and processed to reconstruct screen of its original content for display at the screens of the remote computing devices.
