    • The present invention provides a system and method for providing energy as a service. In one embodiment, a system for providing energy as a service includes a plurality of energy based service equipments located in a premise associated with an entity, an energy service platform for providing one or more energy value added services to the entity through the plurality of energy based service equipments based on a pre-subscribed plan subscribed by the entity, and a gateway located in the premise and coupled to the plurality of energy based service equipments for delivering the one or more energy value added services to the entity through the plurality of energy based service equipments.

    • A system and method for the allocation of energy services within an energy grid comprising a plurality of mobile, selectively actuable energy generating units each connected to the energy grid; a database populated with operating condition variables for each of the mobile energy generating units, actuation of each of the energy generating units based on the operating condition variables; data inputs for receiving actual operating conditions associated with each of the energy generating units; and a processor for analyzing the actual operating conditions and the operating condition variables to actuate each of the energy generating units when the actual operating conditions have a predetermined value as provided by the operating condition variables, wherein each of the mobile energy generating units has an operation cost based on predetermined factors, at least one alternative energy generating source has an operation cost also based on the predetermined factors, the processor calculating the operation cost for at least one mobile energy generating unit and for the at least one alternative energy generating soruce, the processor only actuating the at least one energy generating unit when its operating cost is less than the operating cost of the at least one alternative energy source.

    • An automated energy consulting system and method is provided comprising an interactive input system linked to calculation algorithms and databases of energy-related products and services, affiliated service providers, and climate, financing and regulatory criteria. The system generates proposals of available energy-related products, services and financing options, and obtains and aggregates customer commitments to allow discounted purchasing of the components. Customers can earn referral commissions to encourage customers and volunteers to virally disseminate the access information. For customers not eligible for beneficial products and services because of regulatory deficiencies, the system automates the customer education process to encourage them to advocate politically for the changes that will make them eligible. The automation of the energy consulting and marketing process, mass customization, demand aggregation, and viral marketing reduce customer acquisition and component purchasing costs and reduce the price to consumers, creating new economically viable markets for environmentally friendly energy-related products and services.
