    • A flow rate switching type flow divider for distributing fluid from a pump to a priority flow circuit and a surplus flow circuit. A flow divider valve (12) arranged along a first line includes a first restriction (26) to restrict flow rate of the fluid from the supply flow path (17) to the priority flow path (18). A switch valve (13) is arranged along a second line that differs from the first line so as to communicate with the supply flow path (18) through the flow divider valve (12) at a location upstream from the first restriction. The switch valve (13) switches an opening amount of a connection flow path (38) that bypasses the first restriction and extends from the supply flow path to the priority flow path. The switch valve includes a second restriction (35) arranged in the switch valve for restricting flow rate of fluid flowing through the connection flow path (38).

    • A battery cell voltage equalization apparatus includes, to equalize respective battery cells of a battery, a switch circuit provided between a charger and the battery and configured to electrically connect or disconnect the charger and the battery; a cell balance circuit configured to equalize the voltage of a plurality of battery cells; and a control unit configured to control the switch circuit using the charging control signal and to control the cell balance circuit using the balance control signal based on a state of the battery. The control unit controls the cell balance circuit to equalize the voltage of the plurality of battery cells while controlling the switch circuit so that the charger and the battery are electrically connected, when the charging state of the battery is lower than a prescribed threshold.
