    • A cell equalization control system includes, an assembled cell (101), voltage detection terminal groups 102a, 102b, first and second switch groups 103, 104, a transformer 106, a polarity switching relay group 105 controls connection polarity of the terminals T1 and T2, and connects the first terminal and the second terminal to a second coil side of the transformer 106 via a rectifier diode 108, a control unit 109 controls the first and second switch groups 103 and 104 and the polarity switching relay group 105 to connect, to the secondary coil of the transformer 106, prescribed cells or prescribed battery blocks in which the cells are put together constituting the assembled cell 101, and after that, performing equalization control for the prescribed cells or the prescribed battery blocks by controlling the switch element 107.

    • A quarter window (20) attached to a door frame (12) of a vehicle rear door (11) is disclosed. The quarter window includes a quarter window panel (21) and a window frame (31). The quarter window panel is made of a synthetic resin material. The window frame includes a division bar (32) and a sealing portion (33). The division bar is configured such that a glass run (15) can be fitted to the division bar, and the sealing portion includes, as a part, the division bar. The sealing portion is integrally coupled to the quarter window panel so as to extend along the periphery of a side of the quarter window panel that faces inside of the vehicle. A part of the sealing portion is capable of being fitted to the door frame. The quarter window panel and the window frame are integrally molded. The window frame is made of a synthetic resin having a high rigidity. A fixing portion (35) for fixing the window frame to the door frame is integrally formed with the window frame.
