摘要： A penetration fitting assembly includes a pipe gasket having an annular portion defining a central opening and first and second stem portions extending in opposite directions from the annular portion, an inner ring assembly configured to surround the pipe gasket and including first and second inner ring halves, a ring gasket assembly configured to surround the inner ring assembly and including first and second ring gasket halves, a wall gasket, an outer ring assembly configured to surround the ring gasket assembly and including first and second outer ring halves, and a clamp configured to surround the outer ring assembly. When the penetration fitting assembly is installed, the outer ring assembly compresses the wall gasket against the wall of the sump, the clamp compresses the ring gasket assembly between the inner ring assembly and the outer ring assembly, and the clamp compresses the pipe gasket against the pipe or conduit.

摘要： A trench is dug under an above ground water storage tank either before erection of the walls or after the wall is erected. A (rectangular) sump is preferably made of ¼ inch steel. It serves as a conduit from an inner tank liner port to an outside tank fill or drain port. The system eliminates hoses hung over the top edge of the tank wall. A pump can fill the tank from the outer port. The tank can be drained using head pressure of the water and/or a pump.

摘要： A cable/line insertion is used to insert and thread at least one line into and through a wall opening into a housing wall. The insertion comprises an insertion sleeve for inserting into the wall opening, a pressing flange which projects substantially radially outwards from same, in places, and a clamping part which in particular can be screwed in the direction of the pressing flange onto the insertion sleeve, and a fastening section of the insertion sleeve, which is arranged opposite the clamping part. The fastening section comprises a contact surface which projects at least in places substantially radially outwards, which contact surface can be engaged from behind by a plug part for pressing the pressing flange to an opening edge of the wall opening.

摘要： A wall penetrator sleeve system and method for using same provides an encasement for wires and cables passing through a wall or floor. The sleeve system is particularly useful in penetrating firewalls without violating the applicable fire codes. In one embodiment of the invention, the system includes an elongated conduit having a toothed end capable of penetrating the desired surface. The system also includes appropriate securing devices for tightly retaining the conduit in place. In another embodiment, the securing devices include at least one flat washer and a sliding washer lock on each side of the wall.

摘要： This invention relates to a fixing device of the kind generally known as a cable gland for anchoring and sealing around a filamentary product such as an electrical cable. The device comprises a body, an annular cap, a clamping ring, and an elastomeric sealing sleeve. The body has a central bore extending its entire length, and is provided with a screw-threaded end portion. The annular cap includes an urging structure, and is threadably mountable on the screw-threaded end portion of the body. The clamping ring includes an annular base member upstanding from which extend a plurality of spaced apart gripping fingers. The sealing sleeve is adapted to be slidably received within the annulus of gripping fingers but to extend outwardly beyond the tips thereof. On insertion the free ends of the fingers slidably engage an inwardly tapered portion of the bore, and the urging structure can act to urge the free ends of the fingers into the tapered portion. The free ends are configured and arranged, on urging to press the sealing sleeve against the cable. The sealing sleeve is bonded to a stiff slip ring.

摘要： A containment box for collecting leaking gasoline from gasoline handling equipment, such as a gasoline dispenser, is disposed below the dispenser. The box receives a gasoline supply pipe passing through an aperture, and a fitting is provided for sealing the aperture and adjustably fixing the supply pipe. The fitting includes a main body, a deformable element, a seating piece for seating the deformable element and threaded to the main body, and a clamping piece threadable onto the seating piece to cam the deformable element radially inward to contact the supply pipe. In another embodiment, the main body and seating piece are combined unitarily. The box has another aperture through which a conduit passes, and there is a universal fitting for sealing that aperture. The universal fitting includes a main body with an external shoulder and a nut which threads onto the main body, with gaskets disposed between the shoulder and box and between the nut and box. The main body has an integrally formed internal shoulder for supporting sealing compound. The box has a further aperture for communicating with a vapor recovery pipe, and there is another universal fitting identical to the first for connecting with the pipe. There is also an underground terminator fitting for connecting two double-walled pipes so as to allow flow through the primary pipes, but prevent flow through the outer pipes.
