摘要： A bulk fluid storage container has a top wall structure and a bottom wall structure held in spaced relation by a side wall structure. An internal baffle assembly is disposed in the fluid storage volume between the side wall structure for reducing fluid sloshing. A fill port formed in the top wall structure has a fill flange for coupling with a source of the fluid. A vent port formed in the top wall structure has a pressure vacuum value. A drain port formed in the side wall structure in a lower region adjacent the gutter region has a drain valve assembly is coupled to the drain port. A frame assembly includes an upper rectangular frame member and a lower rectangular frame member arranged in spaced relation by a plurality of post; wherein the frame assembly surrounds and supports the fluid storage vessel.

摘要： A self-loading pallet system is disclosed where a three-dimensional basic structure can be manipulated horizontally and vertically and carry with it a cargo, loaded either directly into the structure, or onto a separate pallet structure inserted into the basic structure. The system is useful for loading and unloading cargo between ground level and the cargo floor of vehicles. The vertical loading steps are accomplished by a sequence of extensions and retractions of legs slidably attached to the basic structure. The vertical leg movements are powered by actuators that extend and retract their pistons attached to telescoping legs of the basic structure. Each actuator has an interior motor and a dedicated controller operating the motor. An exterior master controller communicates with each actuator controller, whereby the sequence of vertical loading steps can be pre-programmed to effectively automate the loading and unloading sequences. Actuator motors are powered by an exterior rechargeable battery.

摘要： A storage silo for storing granular material has a container supported by a base, the container having a roof and at least one side wall for defining a storage space beneath the roof. The storage silo includes: (a) a feed port for receiving the granular material at a feed-port height lower than the roof; (b) an auger for moving the granular material toward the roof within the storage space, the auger receiving the granular material via the feed port; and (c) first and second auger motors for cooperatively driving the auger, the first and second auger motors being disposed at opposing ends of the auger. A processor determines power levels for the first and second auger motors to minimize torsional strain on the auger. Granular material can be discharged from a first storage silo into a second storage silo positioned for cascading with the first storage silo.

摘要： A grain spreader includes a hopper and spreader arms that distribute grain in a bin with a spreader cone having convergent divergent cones. The convergent cone forms a first flow zone. A center opening between the convergent cone and divergent cone allows a first portion of grain collecting in the convergent cone to pass through the spreader cone. An intermediate funnel is inside the hopper body between the convergent cone and the hopper body. A second portion of the grain spills over the rim of the convergent cone and onto the divergent cone into a second flow zone outside the convergent cone but inside the intermediate funnel. When the second zone fills with grain, a further portion of grain will spill over a rim of the intermediate funnel into a third flow zone radially outward of the intermediate funnel but inside the hopper body.

The container has a usable space formed by top, bottom, and side walls that are constructed from a plurality of fabric sheets. The portions of the fabric sheets that enclose the usable space are welded together to provide a stitchless usable space. Upper portions of the sidewalls extend upward beyond the usable space to form a hem. Lift loops that enable the large container to be lifted by mechanical means are sewn onto the hem. Thus, the usable space remains stitchless, i.e., without stitch holes, yet the lift loops are stitched to the hem.

摘要： A container includes a receptacle including an upright receptacle side and a receptacle bottom that cooperate to at least partly define a container chamber. The bottom presents a peripheral margin, with the side being attached to the bottom along the peripheral margin and extending upwardly relative to the bottom along an upright container axis. The receptacle further includes a drain configured to permit material flow out of the chamber, with the drain intersecting the bottom to define a drain opening that fluidly communicates with the chamber. The drain opening is spaced inboard from the peripheral margin and is laterally offset from the container axis in an offset direction. The bottom includes first and second floor sections extending inboard from the peripheral margin and joined relative to each other along a first gutter area adjacent the drain opening. The first floor section slopes downwardly toward the first gutter area in the offset direction and the second floor section slopes downwardly toward the first gutter area in a direction opposite the offset direction, with the floor sections configured to cooperatively advance material within the chamber toward the drain opening.
