摘要： A method for passing an electrical cable through a hole in a housing of a unit of electrical equipment is provided. The method may include: fitting onto the cable a tubular, mushroom-shaped male member comprising a stem with a threaded portion and a portion with enlarged head; inserting into the hole the cable having the male member fitted thereon extending through said hole with said portion with enlarged head abutting against the periphery of the hole externally to the housing and said threaded portion protruding inside the housing; and retaining said male member in the hole by coupling with said threaded portion that protrudes inside the housing an annular female member in the form of a nut co-operating with the periphery of the hole inside said housing to counter the movement of the female member with respect to the housing.

摘要： A dispenser apparatus for a curable liquid material is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a flexible bag defining a first compartment for accommodating a first component of a curable liquid material, and a second compartment for accommodating a second component of the curable liquid material and adapted to communicate with the first chamber to enable mixing of the first and second components to initiate curing of the curable liquid material. A first clamp temporarily prevents mixing of the first and second components, and an elongate nozzle communicates with the second compartment to dispense the mixed curable liquid material therefrom. A second clamp temporarily prevents passage of the curable liquid material from the second compartment to the nozzle.

In order to standardize electrical connection boxes for these uses, a plurality of positioning tabs may be mounted within the connection box to accommodate electrical connection receptacles of various sizes. Unused positioning tabs may be removed during assembly. Further standardization can be achieved through the use of gaskets adapted for use with power cords of different sizes but having common design features to mate with a common seating surface design.

Each segment of the multiple segments includes a first tapered surface on a distal end, wherein the first tapered surface slopes from the distal end away from a central axis of the ring, and a second tapered surface on a proximal end, wherein the second tapered surface slopes from the proximal end away from the central axis. The chuck also includes a flexible band to hold the multiple segments in the ring shape. Each segment of the multiple segments is configured to receive compressive forces on the first tapered surface and the second tapered surface to force each segment of the multiple segments inwardly toward the central axis. The multiple segments are configured to engage a cable to secure the cable within the ring shape.
