摘要： A dyeing machine comprising at least one dyeing module in which a first squeezing device for a textile support, a first treatment tank, a central tank, a second treatment tank and a second squeezing device are located in sequence is described. The dyeing machine also includes a hydraulic system for feeding, circulating and alternately adjusting the levels of process fluids in the tanks. The tanks are preferably enclosed in a hermetically sealed upper covering shell. The two treatment tanks have the same shape, the same dimension and capacity characteristics, and are symmetrical with respect to a plane of symmetry lying in the central tank and arranged perpendicularly with respect to the direction of advance of the textile support. The dyeing machine is provided with means for moving the textile support, configured to advance the textile support alternately in both directions, i.e. either from the first squeezing device to the second squeezing device, sequentially through the tanks, or from the second squeezing device to the first squeezing device, again sequentially through the tanks.

摘要： A system and a method for treating a textile material with ozone gas. The system includes: an ozone gas supply system, a hollow chamber fillable with ozone provided by said gas supply system, a textile-feeding port connected to said chamber and comprising a first liquid fillable tank, a textile-discharging port connected to said chamber and comprising a second liquid fillable tank, guide rollers, driving rollers, at least one tension compensator located inside the hollow chamber. The system is adapted for implementing the method, the latter including: using the system and providing liquid to said first and second tanks, providing ozone gas to said hollow chamber, driving the textile material to pass tensed through the system while controlling its tension using the tension compensators. The use of the tension compensators prevents the formation of ozone induced defects on the textile material.

摘要： A pressure steam treatment apparatus according to the invention includes a pressure steam treatment chamber and labyrinth sealing chambers. The labyrinth sealing chambers are respectively arranged on a fiber bundle inlet and on a fiber bundle outlet of the steam treatment apparatus, having a running path of the fiber bundle in a horizontal direction and having plural labyrinth nozzles on top and bottom of the running path. The difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of the distance in the perpendicular direction of the top and bottom side labyrinth nozzles, of a pair of opposing labyrinth nozzles is 0.5 mm or smaller when the ambient temperature of the labyrinth sealing chamber is 140° C. This structure ensures that the energy cost can be reduced, the deformation of the apparatus and also, the raise of fuzz on the fiber bundle and fiber bundle breakage can be prevented at the same time.

摘要： A continuous line for chemical treatment and irradiation of a textile web has an irradiation station provided with an outer protective jacket which has elongated openings for passing through the upper and lower runs of the conveyor. The ray exit window in the range of the outer protective jacket is enclosed by an inner protective jacket defining openings for the upper run of the conveyor supporting the web. To reduce leakage, the inner openings are vertically offset relative to the openings in the outer jacket, and the chains in the upper and lower runs of the conveyor are enclosed in protective casings, of which the upper-run casing is provided with slots for guiding the web. Ray-screening means in the form of displaceable screening blocks are provided in the range of the inner and outer openings and are movable together with the guiding channels. The irradiation station is equipped with radiation sensors for controlling radiation leakage, the dose and the maximum width of the treated web so as to stop the entire line, including the accelerator, when predetermined values are exceeded.

摘要： A method and apparatus for impregnation of a dry fabric is disclosed including a purging device which is provided immediately upstream of a supply of liquid within an impregnation tank. The purging device urges a condensable gas through the dry fabric immediately prior to entry of the fabric into the liquid with the purging device providing a pressure differential across the fabric. The fabric is preferably conveyed by a first endless conveyor belt through a passageway of the purging device and subsequently into the impregnating liquid and beneath a first squeeze roller. The purging device displaces the non-condensable gas or air within the fabric with a condensable gas preferably steam.
