摘要： A conveyor-driven fabric dyeing machine includes a recovery container and a dye chemical saving structure. One or multiple containers are provided for recovering and storing hot water for use in a next dyeing operation in order to achieve an effect of saving energy and shortening dyeing time. If desired, liquids for dyeing may be directly collected and recovered, such as water with low contamination or alkali liquid for specific treatment, for use in a next dyeing operation in order to achieve an effect of saving water and reducing the amount of chemicals consumed, and also to reduce the amount of dye and chemicals that is consumed due to oxidation and reduction caused by air. The recovery container may be provided therein with a heat exchanger for recovery of heat. A gas filling opening is formed in the machine body for introducing a gas to expel out air.

摘要： A continuous heat set line for setting yarn, having spaced-apart, elongate, tubular entrance and exit cooling chambers interconnected by an elongate intermediate steam heat-setting chamber communicating therewith. The entrance and exit cooling chambers and the intermediate heat-setting chamber collectively define a single longitudinally-extending axis along the combined length thereof. Sealing heads seal the entrance and exit cooling chambers and the intermediate heat-setting chamber to a degree sufficient to maintain a pressurized condition within the heat-setting chamber. A yarn conveyor extends through the pretreatment chamber for conveying the yarn through the entrance and exit cooling chambers and the heat-setting chamber. At least one piston and cylinder assembly moves sealing rolls into and out of position relative to each other, while independently-operating springs urge the rolls together sufficiently to effect a seal.

摘要： A method of and device for sealing a high pressure steamer for the continuous wet heat treatment of a cloth utilizes a steamer body provided with a seal mechanism consisting of a pair of seal rubber rolls located at the cloth inlet and the cloth outlet thereof, and includes filling a gas having a density heavier than air in a cloth passage into and out of the steamer body and providing a gas body between each of the cloth inlet and the cloth outlet and the cloth passages into the steamer body with the seal rubber rolls under the same pressure as in the steamer body. A gas having a density heavier than air to be filled in the gas bodies may be replaced with air. The leakage of high temperature and high pressure steam in the steamer body through the inlet side and outlet side seal mechanisms can completely be prevented, and consequently, the seal mechanisms can be operated at the ordinary temperature without damaging the seal rubber rolls constituting the seal mechanisms.
