    • A spare stub assembly has a circular flange attached to a spindle that has been inserted within a hole centrally located in the central flange. A set of holes are disposed symmetrically about the large flat surface of the flange. The back end of the spindle is placed within a tubular member that has a corresponding second flange attached at an end thereof. This second flange likewise has a central hole and a set of holes disposed symmetrically about the large flat surface of the second flange. The back end of the spindle is inserted within the hole in the second flange associated with the tubular member and onwards therein; this is followed by the bolts and locking nuts application between the two sets of flanged holes thereby locking the two flanges together and permitting easy replacement of a worn spindle. Another spare stub assembly attached similarly to a third flange that is itself attached to the other end of the tubular member opposite the first flange is an option.

    • A quick-assembly front wheel device of a bicycle is pivotally disposed on a single-bladed fork and includes a wheel and a brake disc. The single-bladed fork has a pivotal end, the pivotal end has a first surface and a second surface, a shaft hole is opened passing through the first surface and the second surface, the wheel is located on the first surface and has a first axle shaft passing through the shaft hole, and the brake disc is located on the second surface and has a second axle shaft to pass through the shaft hole. The first axle shaft and the second axle shaft can be butted together. Therefore, the front wheel is capable of being quickly disassembled and mounted.

    • A vent system for a wheel hub comprising a first filtered vent at the wheel end cavity and a second vent formed by a one-way, pressure relief valve venting the axle tube to atmosphere. The vent system defines a vent path from the wheel end cavity through a first, preferably filtered, vent into the axle tube then through a second check valve connecting the axle tube to atmosphere. A porous material is positioned to cover the vent passage at the wheel end cavity for allowing a flow of gases to enter and exit the vent passage while preventing liquids and other contaminants from traveling therethrough. The porous material is held in place over the vent by a snap ring or other suitable retention system disposed within the vented plug member.
