摘要： A hub assembly is provided for a human powered vehicle. The hub assembly basically includes a hub axle, a hub body, a thru-axle and an electrical cable. The hub axle has a through bore extending between a first axial end and a second axial end. The hub body is rotatably disposed around a center axis of the hub axle. The thru-axle is configured to be disposed in the through bore of the hub axle. The thru-axle includes a first axle part and a second axle part. The second axle part is detachably coupled to the first axle part in the axial direction. The electrical cable extends from an interior space of the hub body through an opening in the hub axle and into the through bore. The electrical cable extends in the axial direction along a section of the first axle part.

The inner-C-forging is provided with a first angle adjustment structure, the axle tube is provided with a second angle adjustment structure. The mounting apparatus is disposed on the axle tube, and capable of cooperating with the inner-C-forging to fix the inner-C-forging to the axle tube. The first angle adjustment structure and the second angle adjustment structure have different cooperation positions such that the inner-C-forging has different installation angles relative to the axle tube. A vehicle is also provided.

In an embodiment, the twist beam (24) and bushings (38) are tubular, and the bushings (38) are press-fit or molded onto the respective first or second twist beam ends (36, 38). In a further embodiment, the trailing arms (26) define an orifice (40) aligned on the axis (A), and the tubular bushings (38) are press-fit into the orifices (40) of the trailing arms (26) to establish the weld-less joint.

A set of holes are disposed symmetrically about the large flat surface of the flange. The back end of the spindle is placed within a tubular member that has a corresponding second flange attached at an end thereof. This second flange likewise has a central hole and a set of holes disposed symmetrically about the large flat surface of the second flange. The back end of the spindle is inserted within the hole in the second flange associated with the tubular member and onwards therein; this is followed by the bolts and locking nuts application between the two sets of flanged holes thereby locking the two flanges together and permitting easy replacement of a worn spindle. Another spare stub assembly attached similarly to a third flange that is itself attached to the other end of the tubular member opposite the first flange is an option.

The pressing unit includes a plurality of pressing members disposed respectively and movably within the through holes in the axle tube, and a pushing member movable axially in the axle tube. The driving unit includes a movable shaft. When the driving unit is changed to a locking state, the movable shaft moves the pushing member such that the pushing member pushes and moves the pressing member to press against the bicycle frame. When the driving unit is changed to a release state, the movable shaft moves the pushing member away from the pressing members to allow the pressing members to move radially away from the bicycle frame.
