摘要： Silicone is placed between an upper die and an injection-pressing rubber-lid upper die, and the silicone injection passage is pressurized by the injection-pressing rubber-lid upper die. With this, the silicone is caused to flow into an injection port through the silicone injection passage. Then, sequentially through the injection port and the disc silicone-flow passage, the silicone is caused to flow toward an inner periphery of a silicone injection space. Further, the silicone flows between both circumferential sides of the silicone-flow deflection region. In this way, the silicone flows in a peculiar manner in conformity with a shape of the silicone-flow deflection region.

摘要： A method for injection molding of thermoplastic pole parts utilizes a mold to fix at least one vacuum interrupter and contact terminals during a molding process. At least one injection opening or gate for injection of thermoplastic material is formed into the mold. The mold is applied with multiple injection openings at least along its long axis, for injection of hot thermoplastic material, and the injection openings or gates can be steered in such a way that they inject thermoplastic material simultaneously or with a defined time dependent injection pattern. This process alleviates the issue of a pressure gradient along the long axis of the molded pole part, shortens process times, and achieves a homogenous dissipation of material during the molding process.

摘要： An injection molding system is disclosed that includes a hot runner manifold for providing a melt stream of moldable material to at least one hot runner nozzle that is in fluid communication with one or more mold cavities via at least one injection manifold disposed proximate a downstream end of the nozzle. The at least one injection manifold has a substantially U-shape with at least one mold cavity being disposed between opposing arm segments thereof. Each mold cavity is fed by a pair of nozzle seals, wherein one of the pair of nozzle seals extends inwardly from one of the opposing arm segments while the other of the pair of nozzle seals extends inwardly from the other of the opposing arm segments for directing a melt stream into the mold cavity.

摘要： An edge-gated injection molding apparatus is disclosed having an injection manifold assembly for distributing a melt stream of moldable material to a plurality of mold cavities aligned on opposing sides of the injection manifold assembly. The injection manifold assembly includes a plurality of melt outlets with each melt outlet being in fluid communication with a respective mold cavity, and a plurality of biasing components disposed along a centerline of the injection manifold assembly. A nozzle seal is disposed between each injection manifold assembly melt outlet and its corresponding mold cavity, with an upstream end of the nozzle seal being slidably disposed against its respective melt outlet. Each biasing component is disposed between a pair of melt outlets and corresponding nozzle seals for biasing the melt outlets and nozzle seals outward from the centerline of the injection manifold assembly toward their respective mold cavities and applying a preload thereto.
