    • Provided is a mold configured to properly exhaust gas from a cavity and to prevent resin from entering into a vent hole, and a method for molding resin foamed molding using the mold. The mold (1) includes lower mold (2), upper mold (4), and core mold (3). The core mold (3) is provided at wall portions (3b), (3c) thereof with respective vent holes (6). Annexed members (7) are detachably attached to the outer surface sides of wall portions (3b), (3c). Each of the annexed members (7) has a tubular shape having an air passage in communication with the vent hole, and a sectional dimension smaller than that of vent hole (6). A nonwoven cloth (10) is attached to core mold (3) so as to cover each surface thereof facing the cavity, and cover wall portions (3b), (3c), thereby covering vent hole (6) from the cavity side.

    • A tire vulcanization mold can be configured to provide stable ventilation. For example, a tire molding surface has a ventilation groove having a rectangular shape in plan view. A blade has upper end, contact and communication sections. The upper end section thickness is smaller than a groove thickness. The contact section below the upper end section contacts both thickness-direction-facing side faces of the groove. The communication section communicates between a ventilation hole, and a small gap is formed between the groove and the upper end section. Alternatively, the blade has a groove section formed in at least one side face that faces in a blade thickness direction and extends between upper and lower blade ends to form a small gap between the groove and groove section. Air and gas pass through the gap and the communication section and vent to an exterior of the mold through the ventilation hole.

    • A mold includes a parting surface, runners, mold cavities, gates and primary air-venting grooves defined in the parting surface. The gates connect the respective runners to the corresponding mold cavities. Each primary air-venting groove includes an air-receiving groove portion and an air-venting groove portion in communication with the air-receiving groove portion. The air-receiving groove portion communicates with the gate and surrounds the corresponding mold cavity. The air-venting groove portion extends to and terminates at a corresponding edge of the parting surface.

    • An injection mold for molding a lens barrel is disclosed. The injection mold includes a female die, a male die and a screw die. The female die and the male die are correspondingly connected to two ends of the screw die. The female die, the male die and the screw die cooperatively define a mold cavity. The female die includes a female die plate and a female die core protruding from the female die plate. The male die includes a male die plate and a male die core protruding from the male die plate. The male die defines a through hole passing through the male die plate and the male die core. An air gap is formed between the distal ends of female die core and the male die core, the air gap is communicated with the mold cavity and the through hole.
