摘要： An injection molding machine includes: a plunger provided inside a barrel and capable of moving forward and backward in an axial direction thereof and rotating about an axis thereof; a feed hole for feeding a molding material in liquid form into a front of the plunger; a packing provided on a backward side of the feed hole to prevent the molding material fed through the feed hole from flowing backward along the plunger; and a controller for controlling a retracting movement of the plunger based on pressure of the molding material fed from the feed hole to thereby perform metering. In this configuration, at least part of the feed hole is covered by a side surface of the plunger at least from start to end of the retracting movement.

An abutment is designed so that, in the opened condition of the closing unit, the injection unit can be braced against the abutment, and so that, in a closed condition of the closing unit, the injection unit is freed from the abutment by the force action of the snorkel on the injection unit.

In a described embodiment, the method comprises: (i) securing a layer of film to a part of a first mould half at step 504; (ii) adjusting relative position of the first mould component and a second mould component to an initial moulding position at step 506 to define a mould cavity; (iii) injecting molten moulding material into the mould cavity at step 508 to enable the molten moulding material to contact the layer of protective film; (iv) moving a movable core at step 510 to compress the molten moulding material in the mould cavity; and (v) cooling the compressed molten moulding material at step 514 to bond the layer of film to the cooled moulding material to form the moulded article.

摘要： An LED display device includes a substrate and an LED encapsulation unit disposed on a side of the substrate, the LED encapsulation unit includes an LED stent and an LED chip encapsulated in the LED stent, a epoxy resin encapsulates the side of the substrate on which the LED encapsulation unit is disposed and the LED encapsulation unit to form a protection layer shielding the LED encapsulation unit. The epoxy resin completely encapsulates the substrate and the LED encapsulation unit to protect effectively the substrate and the LED encapsulation unit, which is sufficient to resist severe environment. Compared with the prior art, the service life of the LED display device is effectively prolonged, cost is reduced. The invention also provides a molding module for preparing the LED display device, and a preparation method thereof.

摘要： A thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) foam having a soft open-cell inner layer and a washable closed-cell outer layer which surrounds and substantially seals the inner layer, and which may be used alone or in combination with other components to produce useful articles. The TPE foam includes a base resin which is a styrenic block copolymer, and a foaming agent. A process of forming and molding the TPE foam includes using a shutoff nozzle to prevent the foaming agent from activating before reaching the mold cavity, using an oversized gate to minimize shear heat, and using oversized vents. An earplug may be constructed by molding the TPE foam over a core or body formed from a material which is denser than the TPE foam. A first earplug design may employ a constrained layer damping effect, while a second earplug design may employ an adjustable sound attenuation effect.
