摘要： A multi-layer structure comprising: a) at least one layer comprising a polyolefin component comprising i) 60 to 94 weight percent of a first component selected from the group consisting of ethylene homopolymer, ethylene copolymer, polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, and combinations thereof ii) 0-35 weight percent of a functional polymer component, and iii) 1-35 weight percent of a compatibilizer component comprising an anhydride and/or carboxylic acid functionalized ethylene/alpha-olefin interpolymer having a melt viscosity (177° C.) less than, or equal to, 200,000 cP and a density from 0.855 to 0.94 g/cc; b) at least one tie layer comprising maleic-anhydride grafted polymer with a melt index of less than 50 dg/min, wherein the tie layer does not contain the compatibilizer component; and c) at least one polar layer comprising a polar polymer, is disclosed.

摘要： A casting apparatus is provided. The apparatus comprises a resin overflow container for use in casting processes, comprising: a curing accelerator for a resin in the overflow container. The resin overflow container may include a compartment arranged within the overflow container. The compartment may be adapted to release the curing accelerator after the overflow container has been at least partly filled with resin. The apparatus may also include a mold; and a drain connecting the mold and the overflow container or being part of an overflow container outlet for drawing off resin of the overflow container.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a biaxially oriented polypropylene film including at least one layer, which is constructed from propylene polymer B and a propylene polymer that has been recycled once. The method includes heat and melting propylene polymer B in a first extruder and heating a melting a propylene polymer A without a fraction of recycled material in a second extruder. The molten mass of the propylene polymer A is fed to two sides of the propylene polymer molten mass of B such that the propylene polymer A forms border regions of the film during the production process. The two border regions are then cut off after longitudinal and traverse stretching of the film, and melted and mixed together with the propylene polymer B and extruded to form a precursor film in the first extruder. The biaxially oriented polypropylene film comprising a propylene polymer that has been recycled only once is useful for producing capacitors.

The faceplate (5) is spaced apart from the downstream side (34) of the die (4) to provide a gap (6) between the die (4) and a back side of the faceplate (5).
