摘要： Steel reinforcing cables in concrete are protected against corrosion by injecting a carrier fluid and corrosion inhibitors into interstitial spaces between the wires of the cable at a first location along the cable and causing the fluid to pass through the interstitial spaces between the wires of the cable to a second location along the cable. The cable comprises an array of wires confined together and intimately surrounded by a covering material which is engaged with a periphery of the cable so that there are insufficient interconnected spaces between the cable and the covering material to allow passage of fluid longitudinally along the cable outside the cable itself. The method can be used with pre-stressed concrete, with post-tensioned bonded cables and with extruded un-bonded mono-strand cables.

摘要： A composite reinforcing bar is formed by providing a reinforcing material supply of fiber strands ravings; a resin supply bath, and a puller for pulling the resin-impregnated reinforcing material through the resin bath. The material is wound on a holder, while the resin remains unset, rotated about its axis on a drive system so that the material is wrapped around a plurality of guides at spaced positions around the axis such that the fed length of the body is wrapped from one bar to the next to form bent portions of the body wrapped partly around each guide and straight portions between the guides. The guide surfaces are shaped by a machining, blasting or similar process to form projections and recesses which retain a roughness on the outside surface of the reinforcing bar during the curing action while supported on the surface. This arrangement can be used with an optional sand coating to prevent the sand particles from being compressed into the resin or body.

摘要： The present invention relates to production of a seawall concrete block, comprising the following steps: (i) meter and mix all materials with water to create a batch mixture with humidity ranging from 4% to 10%, wherein the batch components of the concrete blocks are in the following proportion (% by weight): cement (5 to 25%), mixture of fly ash and coal slag (15 to 95%); aggregate (0 to 60%): (ii) press the batch mixture collected from (i) in the mold with the compressive force of ≧2 MPa, after that, remove the mold to obtain the seawall concrete block. Besides, the present invention relates to a seawall concrete block obtained by this production method.

摘要： An insulated concrete panel comprising an insulation layer having one or more openings extending therethrough, a first concrete layer adjacent to a first surface of the insulation layer, a second concrete layer adjacent to a second surface of the insulation layer, and a wall tie received within one or more of the openings. The wall tie includes a central section received within the one or more openings of the insulation layer, a first concrete engaging at least partially embedded within the first concrete layer, and a second concrete engaging section embedded within the second concrete layer. The second concrete engaging section has a maximum width that is larger than a maximum width of the central section. The central section of the wall tie is configured to transfer shear forces and resist delamination forces between the first and second concrete layers.

摘要： Disclosed are a prefabricated thermal insulating composite panel (1), an assembly thereof, a molded panel and a concrete slab comprising the same, and a method and a mold profile (50) for prefabricating the same. The prefabricated composite thermal insulating panel (1) comprises: two reinforcing protective layers (7) of an inorganic noncombustible material, a core (9) formed by a thermal insulating material, a frame (2) with installation grooves (13) surrounding the core (9) and being secured onto the core (9), with the core (9) being placed between the two reinforcing protective layers (7). The prefabricated thermal insulating composite panel (1) has the inorganic noncombustible material incorporated onto the outside of the core (9) of the thermal insulating material to have it covered, so as to solve the problem of the tendency of causing a fire, during the placement of the thermal insulating panels at a construction site or other places, or during the transportation or installation of the same, due to the combustible material thereof being exposed.

摘要： A self-reinforced masonry block comprises a main body having opposed substantially parallel stacking surfaces and at least one tubular cell defined therethrough from one stacking surface to the other. At least one confining reinforcement is embedded in the main body to surrounding a corresponding cell. Each confining reinforcement extends substantially entirely along the longitudinal length of its corresponding cell and terminates inwardly of the stacking surfaces. The self-reinforced masonry blocks may be used in construction of a grout-filled, vertically reinforced masonry block wall, with the self-reinforced masonry blocks being used for those portions of the wall where the grouted cells are prone to crushing due to high levels of compressive stress, and conventional unreinforced masonry blocks being used for other portions of the wall. A method for making the self-reinforced masonry blocks is also described.

The manhole cover comprises: a base unit made of composite materials having compositions containing 12 to 18 wt % of glass fiber, 17 to 23 wt % of a polyester resin, with the remainder being calcium carbonate (CaCO3), wherein the base unit is mounted on the manhole such that an upper portion of the base unit is exposed aboveground; and a metal reinforcement unit which is uniformly distributed within the base unit to reinforce the base unit and increase weight and strength of the base unit.

摘要： The object of the invention is to obtain prefabricated modules of reinforced concrete corresponding to a dwelling with or without compartments, with its six wall structures consisting of single elements, achieving in this way a 100% monolithic structure, which eliminates any vibrations or dilatation and prevents the formation of cracks or humidity in the module.
