摘要： The present disclosure relates to a 3D printer for construction for print-molding various structures, in which a main pipe 30 for transferring a filament material 31 therein is installed inside a nozzle 10 for discharging a printing material, such as concrete or mortar, to enable co-printing of the filament material 31 with the printing material while embedded in the printing material.
According to the present disclosure, in constructing a structure by a 3D printer for construction, a printing material embedded with the filament material 31 as reinforcing material may be printed, and as a result, the effects of reinforcing tensile strength of the printed object and inhibiting crack of the printed object may be obtained.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a wafer mounting table according to an embodiment includes: (a) a step of loading a ceramic slurry containing a ceramic powder and a gelling agent into opening portions of a metal mesh, inducing a chemical reaction of the gelling agent to gelate the ceramic slurry, and then performing degreasing and calcining to prepare a ceramic-loaded mesh; (b) a step of sandwiching the ceramic-loaded mesh between a first ceramic calcined body and a second ceramic calcined body obtained by calcining after mold cast forming so as to prepare a multilayer body; and (c) a step of hot press firing the multilayer body to prepare the wafer-receiving table.

摘要： A method of fabricating a fiber preform filled with refractory ceramic particles, includes placing a fiber texture including refractory ceramic fibers in a mold cavity; injecting a slip including a powder of refractory ceramic particles present in a liquid medium, the slip being injected into the pores of the fiber texture present in the mold cavity, injection being performed through at least a first face or a first edge of the fiber texture; and draining the liquid medium of the slip that has penetrated into the fiber texture through the porous material part, the draining being performed at least through a second face or a second edge of the fiber texture different from the first face or the first edge, the porous material part also serving to retain the refractory particle powder in the pores of the fiber texture to obtain a fiber preform filled with refractory particles.

摘要： A self-reinforced masonry block comprises a main body having opposed substantially parallel stacking surfaces and at least one tubular cell defined therethrough from one stacking surface to the other. At least one confining reinforcement is embedded in the main body to surrounding a corresponding cell. Each confining reinforcement extends substantially entirely along the longitudinal length of its corresponding cell and terminates inwardly of the stacking surfaces. The self-reinforced masonry blocks may be used in construction of a grout-filled, vertically reinforced masonry block wall, with the self-reinforced masonry blocks being used for those portions of the wall where the grouted cells are prone to crushing due to high levels of compressive stress, and conventional unreinforced masonry blocks being used for other portions of the wall. A method for making the self-reinforced masonry blocks is also described.

摘要： A frame member is provided for fixing wood and concrete and a method for adjoining wood and concrete to form hybrid wood/concrete furniture. The frame member includes a series of lag bolts spaced apart wherein a first portion of the lag bolts is screwed into the wood and a second portion of the lag bolts is left exposed from the wood. The second portion of the lag bolts is welded to a steel rebar frame. The frame member is then framed in a melamine, rubber or wood form in order to allow concrete to be poured around the frame member and held in place until cured.
