    • A form for constructing a thrower's circle includes a pair of half sections. Each half section has an upper surface and a base surface and two full length members and two half length members. The full length members and the half length members are connected together substantially at right angles to form a rectangle with four corners. A corner brace is located in each of the four corners. An inside cross member and an outside cross member extend between the half length members and are generally parallel to the full length members. A pair of semi-circles, each having substantially the same diameter that is larger than the length of the half length members and less than the length of the full length members. Means are provided for securing the half sections together so that the semi-circles form a full circle. Tubes extend from the circle toward the base to drain water from with in the circle.

    • A structural attaching plate bracket system for the use as a temporary attach in concrete wall construction and for the use as an attach in concrete slab construction and the like is disclosed. The structural attaching plate bracket system includes a linear plate affixed to a support member using removable fasteners. The structural attaching plate will allow the use of attaching clamps, attach washers and the like, and present in current construction environments. The attach plate bracket is positioned along the full length of the support member. The support member and the attach plate bracket is thereby provided an attach location to increase or reduce the spacing of an attached support members, as desired. Specifically, the mounting means include attach surfaces which occur along the full length of the support members. A series of cooperating brackets can be positioned intermediate along the attach plate brackets for the attachment of one load-bearing member in concrete wall construction.     • A metal form has a flexible panel member with a perimetral flange projected laterally from one side thereof. Each of a pair of transversely opposite side sections of the flange is segmented by a plurality of longitudinally spaced V-shaped notches having their apices adjacent the one side of the panel member to provide for a lateral flexing movement of the panel member to a preselected shape. With the panel member in the predetermined shape, the segments in each of the flange side sections are connected together against relative movement to retain the predetermined shape of the panel member. In a preferred embodiment, each flange segment is connected to an adjacent flange segment by a flexible metal strap.

    • Apparatus for modular concrete constructions. The apparatus comprises a carriage and a concrete form. It also comprises the combination of a concrete form detachably mounted on a portable carriage the former of which can be set in place and positioned for pouring. The carriage can then be detached from the concrete form, removed for further service and later reunited with the form for transport to a new pour position, as desired. The concrete form per se is comprised generally of a support structure atop which is provided a pour form. The pour form is constituted of a central span and, preferably, a pair of upwardly faced troughs located on opposite sides of the central span. The central span of the pour form can range from flat to highly contoured. The troughs are each provided with a plurality of bottom openings, these being formed between removable panels. In forming a module, wet concrete can be poured upon the central span of the pour form to form a roof, ceiling, or floor while a tubular member or column form can be fitted into the openings of the troughs at the column locations and wet concrete can be poured therein and into the troughs to cast columns and beams for support of the roof, ceiling or floor. After the concerete has set the pour form can be lowered, the troughs freed by removal of the panels at the columns, and the beam forms moved inwardly. The carriage can then be removed to an adjacent location for further pouring.
