摘要： The present disclosure relates to the building industry and in particular to a block for use in automated building construction. In one aspect, the block comprises a generally cuboid body having a top and a base, a length extending between a pair of opposed ends, and a width extending between a pair of opposed sides; the body including a plurality of hollow cores extending from said top to said base, and arranged in a row between said opposed ends; wherein each core has a rectilinear cross-sectional shape; and wherein the thickness of the block between each pair of adjacent cores is at least double the thickness of the block on all other sides of each core, so that the block is divisible into a plurality of substantially identical block portions, each portion including four walls of substantially uniform wall thickness about its core.

摘要： A concrete building block for masonry block walls is formed with first, second and third spaced parallel rectangular face shells, where the second face shell is intermediate the first and third face shells. First and second vertical end cross webs connect the first and second face shells and first and second spaced intermediate vertical cross webs connect the second and third face shells. Insulating inserts include end protrusions extending outwardly at the top edge thereof to fit into notches of the cross webs and include cutouts to accommodate mortar crumbs. The inserts further include longitudinal notches along the entire bottom edges and longitudinal notches along the entire top edges wherein said longitudinal notches along a bottom edge are dimensioned to mate with longitudinal notches along a top edge of neighboring ones of the insulating inserts creating an overlap that serves to (i) insulate against temperature transfer and (ii) provide a sound barrier.

摘要： The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an interlocking, interchangeable wall system allowing for the formation of a plurality of form structures. Each parallel sidewall is embedded with stones or other materials into a composition base on one side. On the opposite side, the sidewalls are embedded with metal lathing and hardware to connect to bracing which connects to the opposing sidewall to form a plurality of structures, including an interlocking block system. Each sidewall interlocks with the panel or block next to it. When connected, the resulting interlocking composite blocks may be used in the construction of walls or other structures. The resulting sidewalls may be used in the decoration of existing construction or other structures. The present invention provides a significant improvement in labor and customization of structures.
