摘要： An assembling device for assembling and disassembling a fuel injector in a mounting hole of a cylinder head of an internal combustion engine has a jacket body at least partially surrounding the fuel injector. A contact section, on which both a hold-down force for holding down the fuel injector in the mounting hole and a disassembling force for disassembling the fuel injector can be exerted on the fuel injector, and a collar section protruding from the mounting hole are formed on the jacket body. The collar section has at least one thread, in which a disassembling screw can be screwed in so that when the disassembling screw is tightened it abuts on the cylinder head and transmits a disassembling force on the collar section so that the assembling device (1) with the fuel injector (3) inserted into the assembling device (1) is extracted.

摘要： An injection nozzle for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, the nozzle being arranged to inject fuel into the intake tube of the engine. The injection valve includes a valve housing of ferromagnetic material, in which a tubular connection element which functions as a core with which an armature is arranged to cooperate. Joined to the valve housing is a nozzle body having a valve seat with which a sealing section of a nozzle needle also arranged to cooperate. The nozzle needle is guided by guide sections in a guide bore of the nozzle body, and the guide section adjacent to the sealing section is provided with metering bores. By metering fuel upstream of the valve seat, the fuel metering operation is prevented from being impaired by deposits.

摘要： A fuel injection system for internal combustion engines having a multiplicity of injection valves which serves to provide fuel supply is proposed. The fuel injection system includes a common, rigid fuel line, having plug nipples into which the injection valves associated with the individual cylinders of the engine can be inserted in a sealing manner. The fuel line comprises one fuel distributor line and one fuel return flow line located one above the other. Each injection valve has one inlet stub and one outlet stub disposed concentrically relative to one another, protruding into the plug nipple in such a manner that the inflow stub communicates with the fuel distributor line and the outflow stub communicates with the fuel return flow line. As a result, not only is it possible to provide simple sealing toward the outside between the injection valve and the plug nipple but also rapid assembly of the fuel injection system is assured.

摘要： A fuel injection valve and a method for the automatic establishment of the desired armature stroke of the fuel injection valve are proposed which serves the purpose of injection at low fuel pressures into the intake tube of a mixture-compressing internal combustion engine with externally-supplied ignition. The fuel injection valve includes a magnetic coil surrounding a core and a flat armature guided by at least one guide diaphragm held on its outer circumference, which is firmly connected with a movable valve element cooperating with a fixed valve seat. The fuel delivered via a fuel inlet nozzle can proceed through apertures and recesses in the guide diaphragms past the valve seat to a fuel discharge nozzle by way of which a portion of the delivered fuel can flow back again into a fuel return line. Via an annular channel the fuel stream exiting from the nozzle bore can be prepared with air which surrounds the fuel stream.
