摘要： A tool for pulling a lockwire, which extends around the intersection of mating cylindrical surfaces within a case and extends tangentially from between these surfaces through an opening in the case to a termination at the exterior of the case, has a body which mates at one side with conforming exterior elements of the case adjacent to the opening. The body extends tangentially of the surfaces from the one body side and the case opening. The tool has an extraction rod extended from the case opening through a square passage within the body. The lockwire is of rectangular cross section with opposite surfaces which are parallel to the axis of the mating case surfaces, and the lockwire termination has a hole extending between these surfaces. One rod end portion is of square cross section fitted to the passage and ends in jaws disposed to fit oppositely over these lockwire termination surfaces so that bores in the jaws are aligned with the lockwire hole. An opening in the body is disposed for the insertion of a pin through this opening and into the bores and the hole to connect the rod and the lockwire. The opposite rod end portion is screw threaded and bears a nut outwardly of the body. With this structure, appropriate rotation of the nut draws the rod away from the case and withdraws the lock wire tangentially from between the mating cylindrical surfaces within the case.

摘要： A pneumatic nail puller tool for use with a standard needle scaler actuator. A needle scaler typically actuates a chipping hammer installed by means of a chuck. The nail puller tool is so sized and configured as to replace the chipping hammer and lock into its chuck. The nail puller, so installed, is useful in quickly removing nails from a work piece, even where a nail head is buried in the work piece. The nail puller includes a central shaft having a shank having flats and a detent seat for locking into the needle scaler chuck at one end and a nail removing claw at the opposing end. The claw is angled relative to the shaft to provide a lever point to assist in extracting the nail. The claw has sharp entrance points for digging into the work piece to grip an embedded nail head.

In this ways since the way of treatment for each part of the vehicle is predetermined at the design stage, it is ensured that all the parts can be properly recycled, to thereby substantially eliminate the discarded waste.

The remover includes a nipper roll and an anvil roll, each of which is provided with a plurality of teeth formed in a radially outward facing surface of each respective roll. The teeth, which can be oriented helically in the respective surfaces, mesh and draw the tube into a nip between the two rolls. At least one of the rolls is provided with an anvil block formed in its radially outwardly facing surface. Such an anvil block cooperates with the teeth of the opposite roll to effect distressing of the tube and severing of a segment of the tube from the rest of the tube.

摘要： The present invention 10 discloses a special purpose tool for removing control arms 18 from ball joint sockets 24 of vehicles 20. The present invention comprises an elongated handle 22 consisting of steel tubing along with a front end piece 16 made from steel round stock being offset with member 30 from the handle 22. Also a U-shaped bracket 28 is welded to the front end piece wherein the bracket has a hook 34 with a point 38 on the hook for contacting various structures of the vehicle 20. The point 38 of the hook, the front tip 36 and the handle 22 all lie in a single plane so that the tool will not rotate and slip off the work piece. The present invention can also have variously shaped surfaces on the point 38 of the hook and the front tip 36 for contacting various structures on a vehicle.
