摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a base coating composition for decorated moldings containing silver plating layer and a top clear coating composition for decorated moldings containing silver plating layer, and decorated moldings obtainable by using these compositions; the compositions and moldings are to be excellent in silver deposition tendency, basecoat film smoothness, adhesion and/or film appearance.A base coating composition for decorated moldings containing silver plating layer comprisinga main composition for base coating comprising an acrylic polyol (A1), an organic-modified polydimethylsiloxane (A2) and an epoxysilane (A3) represented by the chemical scheme (1): in the scheme, R1 represents a methyl, methoxy or ethoxy group and R2 and R3 are the same or different and each represents a methoxy or ethoxy group, and a curing agent for base coating comprising a polyisocyanate, wherein the base coating composition for decorated moldings is a two-package curing type urethane coating composition, in the main composition for base coating, the (A2)/(A1) ratio is 0.02/100 to 0.20/100 on the solid weight basis and the (A3)/(A1) ratio is 1.5/100 to 5.5/100 on the solid weight basis, and the equivalent ratio between the NCO groups in the curing agent for base coating and the OH groups in the acrylic polyol (A1), namely the NCO/OH equivalent ratio, is 1.5 to 3.0.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a clear coating composition which inhibits a corrosion reaction by containing a rust preventive agent in a clear layer on a silver-plating layer and preventing a corrosive substance such as chlorine ion from contacting with the surface of the silver-plating layer, and develops beautiful silver-plating design for a long time, and an inmold decoration product comprising a silver-plating layer. A clear coating composition used in forming a multilayer coating film comprising a silver-plating layer, said multilayer coating film being obtainable by forming a base coating film layer, a silver-plating layer and a clear coating film layer in succession on a plastic substrate, wherein said clear coating composition is a two-package polyurethane coating composition comprising a main material containing acrylic polyol and a curing agent containing a polyisocyanate compound, the equivalence ratio of an NCO group in said polyisocyanate compound to an OH group in said acrylic polyol (NCO/OH) ranges from 0.8/1 to 1.2/1, and the clear coating composition contains a rust preventive agent in the proportions of 1.0 to 13.0 parts (on a basis of solids weight) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the total of the acrylic polyol and the rust preventive agent.

A coating with both primer and base coating function for an inmold decoration product, used in a method of producing inmold decoration products obtained by forming a multilayer coating film comprising a silver-plating layer, said multilayer coating film being obtainable by forming a coating film layer with both primer and base coating function, a silver-plating layer and a top clear coating film layer on a polyolefin substrate, wherein said coating with both primer and base coating function comprises a main material (a) based on acrylic polyol (a1), a chlorinated polyolefin modified acrylic resin (a2) and a chlorinated polyolefin resin (a3), and a polyisocyanate curing agent (b), the % by weight of the solids of said (a1), (a2) and (a3) are 40 to 80%, 5 to 45% and 1 to 35%, respectively, and the main material (a) contains cyclohexane in an amount 5 to 45 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the solids in the main material.

摘要： A data transmission method and system of a token passing type capable of periodically transmitting cyclic data produced in a station to other stations while enabling a packet data communication with high efficiency and without disturbing the periodicity of the cyclic communication. A token circulation time is set to be shorter than a cycle time for production of the cyclic data where no packet data is to be transmitted. Also each station will pass an acquired token immediately to the next station if the station has no data to be transmitted. Thus, at least one station can receives a token at least two times during the cycle time to transmit the cyclic data and the packet data. Upper limits may be set to capacities of the cyclic data and the packet data which are capable of being transmitted each time the token is acquired.

摘要： A ring network data transmission system includes a plurality of transmission apparatuses, at least one terminal connected to each of the transmission apparatuses and double ring transmission paths interconnecting the transmission apparatuses in a ring-like system configuration so that terminals can communicate with one another through the associated transmission apparatuses. When a transmission fault occurs in the network, the transmission apparatus which can serve as the master station issues to all of the other transmission apparatuses a command for searching the fault location. In response to the reception of the command, each of the other transmission apparatuses sends out a monitor signal containing its own address and at the same time checks monitor signal received. Through collation of the address contained in the received monitor signal with the address information arrayed in the order in which the transmission apparatuses are interconnected, the number of bypassed transmission apparatuses existing between each transmission apparatus and the transmission apparatus sending out the monitor signal is determined. By comparing this number with a predetermined maximum permissible number of the stages allowable to be bypassed, the faulty location is detected. With such an operation, automatic reconfiguration operation of double ring configuration can be stabilized.

摘要： There is provided a method for forming a brilliant coating film with an excellent brilliant appearance by using aqueous first and second base coating compositions without preheating the applied first base coating composition. In the method, the aqueous first base coating composition is applied to a substrate to form a first base coating, the aqueous second base coating composition is applied to the first base coating to form a second base coating, a clear coating composition is applied to the second base coating to form a clear coating, and then the uncured coatings formed are simultaneously heated and cured, under controlling the solid contents of the first and second base coating compositions and the ratio therebetween, or the brilliant pigment mass concentrations of the base coating compositions and the ratio therebetween, or the mass ratio, the evaporation rate, and the solubility parameter of a solvent contained in the first base coating composition.
