摘要： A memory controlling apparatus for a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus which records and reproduces a field image signal in each read or write cycle performed by a video head for reproducing the image signal from a magnetic tape, and by a video head position detector for detecting the position of the video head. A reference circuit obtains a signal defining a reference timing which is independent of the position of the video head and which is also used to determine the phase of the video head. A memory is provided having storage sufficient to store the field image signal, and a controller is provided for controlling the operation of reading and writing the image signal from and into the memory. The controller is synchronized with a signal of the video head position detector when storing the image signal into the memory and when reading out the image stored in the memory, the controller and the head position detector are synchronized with the reference timing so as to enable production of a slow-motion image signal free from fluctuations caused by feeding of the magnetic tape.

摘要： The present invention provides a bicycle front derailleur comprising a base member fixed to the seat tube of a bicycle frame, an inner link member, an outer link member, and a movable member having a chain guide, these members being interconnected by pins to form a parallelogrammatic pantographic link mechanism. The link mechanism is biased by a spring so as to return the movable member toward a smallest sprocket of a multiple chainwheel included in a multi-chainwheel assembly, and is deformed against the spring by a cable for a speed change. The cable is connected to the free end of an actuating arm extending from the upper end of the inner link member toward the outer link member to upwardly pull and pivotally move the actuating arm.The actuating arm therefore forms no upward projection beyond the link mechanism, while the cable can be made to extend upward to a shift lever over a shortened distance with a reduced number of bent portions.

Also provided is a transducer which has large displacement and excellent durability. The dielectric film includes a three-dimensional crosslinked body that is synthesized from an organic metal compound, a rubber polymer that is other than a polydimethyl siloxane and has a functional group that is reactive with the organic metal compound, and an inorganic filler that has a functional group that is reactive with the organic metal compound. The transducer is configured by interposing the dielectric film between at least a pair of electrodes. The dielectric film may be produced by preparing a first solution that contains a rubber polymer and an inorganic filler in a solvent that is capable of dissolving the rubber polymer and of chelating an organic metal compound, then preparing a second solution by mixing the organic metal compound into the first solution, and then removing the solvent from the second solution to allow a crosslinking reaction to proceed.

摘要： A ZnO single crystal can be grown on a seed crystal substrate using a liquid phase epitaxial growth method by mixing and melting ZnO as a solute and a solvent, bringing the crystal substrate into direct contact with the resultant melt, and pulling up the seed crystal substrate continuously or intermittently. A self-supporting Mg-containing ZnO mixed single crystal wafer can be obtained as follows. A Mg-containing ZnO mixed single crystal is grown using a liquid phase epitaxial growth method by mixing and melting ZnO and MgO forming a solute and a solvent, then bringing a seed crystal substrate into direct contact with the resultant melt, and pulling up the seed crystal substrate continuously or intermittently. Then, the self-supporting Mg-containing ZnO mixed single crystal wafer is obtained by removing the substrate by polishing or etching, and polishing or etching a surface, on the side of −c plane, of the single crystal grown by the liquid phase epitaxial growth method.
