摘要： An electric compressor includes a gas compression mechanism accommodated in a compressor housing and an electric motor for driving the compression mechanism. A circuit cover is joined to the outer surface of the compressor housing. The compressor housing and the circuit cover define an accommodating space. A motor driving circuit or driving the electric motor is accommodated in the accommodating space. The motor driving circuit is attached to the circuit cover. Accordingly, the compressor reduces manufacturing costs.

摘要： Provided is a vibration actuator in which a plurality of rotors can be driven by a single vibration unit.Two rotors (A) and (B) are attracted toward corresponding stators to be contacted with and pressurized against the corresponding stators (3) and (4), respectively, through a tension of a wire member (8). A composite vibration combining a plurality of vibrations is generated by a composite vibrator (2) to cause elliptical movements in corner portions of the stators (3) and (4). As a result, the two rotors (A) and (B) abutting onto and pressurized against the two stators (3) and (4) are rotated about rotation centers (C1) and (C2) thereof, respectively, at the same time.

Electromagnetic force is generated between the stator and the plunger and the plunger moves relative to the stator. The valve body adjusts the opening degree of a valve hole. A flat surface and a peripheral wall are formed in an end of the stator. The peripheral wall has a tapered cross-section with an inclined inner surface. The inclined inner surface and the flat surface define a recess. The plunger has a frustum portion. The frustum portion includes a flat distal surface and an annular inclined surface. The taper angle of the peripheral wall is equal to or less than twenty degrees. The diameter of the flat distal surface of the frustum portion is equal to or greater than eighty percent of the largest diameter of the annular inclined surface.

The movable core moves in the cylinder in accordance with an electromagnetic force, which is generated between the stationary core and the movable core based on the current supply to the coil. The cylinder includes a first cylindrical member made of nonmagnetic material, and a second cylindrical member made of magnetic material. The first cylindrical member surrounds the stationary core and the movable core. A part of the first cylindrical member in the vicinity of the movable core is made thin to form a small diameter portion. The small diameter portion is fitted to the second cylindrical member.

摘要： A control valve for a variable displacement compressor is provided. A retainer cylinder in the control valve includes a first cylindrical member made of non-magnetic material and a second cylindrical member having a bottom portion made of magnetic material. A shim is intervened a bottom surface of a plunger and inner bottom surface of the second cylindrical member. The retainer cylinder has good magnetic permeability between a coil and the plunger, even though the wall of the cylinder thickens to improve the withstanding pressure to internal refrigerant pressure.
