摘要： The invention relates to tumour therapy. In one aspect, the present invention relates to conjugates of a toxin and a target-binding moiety, e.g. an antibody, which are useful in the treatment of cancer. In particular, the toxin is an amatoxin, and the target-binding moiety is preferably directed against tumour-associated antigens. In particular, the amatoxin is conjugated to the antibody by linker moieties. In particular the linker moieties are covalently bound to functional groups located in positions of the amatoxin proved as preferred positions for the attachment of linkers with respect to optimum antitumor activity. In a further aspect the invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such target-binding moiety toxin conjugates and to the use of such target-binding moiety toxin conjugates for the preparation of such pharmaceutical compositions. The target-binding moiety toxin conjugates and pharmaceutical compositions of the invention are useful for the treatment of cancer.

摘要： The invention relates to tumour therapy. 摘要： A winding machine for electrical coils to be wound into layers has a device which supplies a material to the coil to be wound in order to separate adjacent layers of the coil from one another. The device has a device for producing a predetermined breaking point in the material, and a measuring unit. The measuring unit determines when the device for producing a predetermined breaking point is to be activated in order to produce a predetermined breaking point in the material. The device also has a guide device which fixes the material on the coil to be wound in the vicinity of the predetermined breaking point at a predetermined time, in order to sever the material at the predetermined breaking point. The winding machine therefore anticipates when a layer change is required, in order to then produce a predetermined breaking point in the material at a distance from the coil. The predetermined breaking point is pulled through as far as the coil, and this enables the material to be guided in a controlled and reliable manner. The material is torn off at the predetermined breaking point only after the material is secured on the coil.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a metal structure in which the metal structure has separate walls forming channels through which a fluid can flow includes at least partially wetting the walls inside the channels with an adhesive, bringing the metal structure into contact with a solder that adheres to the adhesive, and carrying out a heat treatment to form soldered connections between the separate walls. The method is distinguished by the fact that the dosed delivery of the adhesive is performed by at least one dosing element having a honeycomb configuration and having an inlet side (8) and an outlet side, the element being connected to the adhesive. The adhesive enters the dosing element through the inlet side and is uniformly distributed into the channels through the outlet side. The invention also includes a device for wetting the metal structure with the adhesive.
