    • A device for the injection of a fuel/gas mixture is particularly simple and cost-effective for gas containment of fuel emerging from an injection valve. For this purpose, a treatment attachment is provided at the downstream end of the injection valve, the treatment attachment including at least a gas containment part and an insert body which are fixedly connected to one another. The treatment attachment is fixedly connected to the injection valve by means of a casing portion of the bowl-shaped gas containment part, while a bottom portion of the gas containment part has material of the insert body at least partially injection-molded around it. Inside the insert body extends an orifice which at least partially widens conically in the downstream direction and in which, for example, a jet divider is arranged. The device is particularly suitable for injection into the suction pipe of a mixture-compressing spark-ignition internal combustion engine.

    • A fuel injection device for internal combustion engines has a fuel distributor device with at least one pipe connector in whose receptacle an injection valve is inserted by its inflow-side, upstream end. A connecting element serves for fixing the injection valve in position axially on the pipe connector of the fuel distributor device and also for fixing it in the circumferential direction. The connecting element, which is constructed as a plastic clip, includes a disc-shaped, circular ring-shaped base element with an inner opening through which the inflow-side end of the injection valve runs in the installed state, the disc-shaped base body being positioned in a circumferential groove of the injection valve. The base element includes two legs which can be closed or opened by means of a locking connection. Locking elements extend perpendicularly to the plane of the base element and ensure that the injection valve is fixed in position axially on the pipe connector, and fixed in the circumferential direction, by virtue of a fixing lug which engages around and behind, respectively.

    • The fuel-injection valve has the feature that provision is made at the downstream end of the injection valve for a preparation attachment which is made of a gas-containing part and an insertion member. The downstream end of the injection valve with the preparation attachment is completely surrounded in the circumferential direction by a tubular, thin-walled, metallic gas-containing member. The gas-containing member is secured to the injection valve by a non-integral snap-fit, catch or clip connection to a plastic extrusion coating at least partially enveloping the valve housing. The corresponding connection elements are constructed in the form of projections and clips. The fuel-injection valve is particularly suited for injection into the intake passage of a mixture-compressing internal combustion engine with externally supplied ignition.

    • An electromagnetically operated injection valve including a return spring having upper and lower ends, the upper and lower spring ends are bent to extend axially and parallel with a valve's longitudinal axis. The upper end of the spring engages a recess of a fixed setting bushing, and the lower end engage in a recess of a needle sleeve so as to prevent twisting. Due to the position of a valve seat body relative to the valve closing member the same angle is maintained throughout the life of the assembly, the adaptation process of both components is reduced to a single running-in phase. The new injection valve is particularly suitable as an injection valve for fuel injection units of mixture compressing spark ignited internal combustion engines.
