摘要： The disclosure belongs to the technical field of autonomous vehicle, in particular to an automatic driving acceleration test method considering efficiency and coverage, which includes the following steps. Step 1 is definition of scenario test priority. Step 2 is zone division. Step 3 is search within zones. Step 4 is update of scenario test priorities. Step 5 is iterative test. After selecting the automatic driving function to be tested and setting the parameters of the vehicle operation zone, the scenario generation range is formed. The coverage of the test scenario is improved by dividing the generated range and setting the freedom of early autonomous driving exploration. The efficiency of the test process is improved by continuously improving the probability of generating dangerous scenarios in the test process. Thus, it is ensured that the generated test scenarios take into account both test efficiency and test coverage.

A load model is created using an identification method based on a training-drive data group, a training vehicle data group and a training load group. The training-drive data group contains training-drive data sets, each containing route data and/or accompanying drive data for a training drive of a training vehicle on a training route. The training vehicle data group comprises vehicle data from the training vehicle used on the training drive. The training load group includes training load data including a load of the component that corresponds to a training-drive data set. The load model approximates the occurring load on a predetermined training route or with predetermined accompanying drive data or according to predetermined vehicle data. In a model evaluation process, the load prediction is determined using the load model.

摘要： An improved prony brake dynamometer capable of measuring the power of a prime mover's rotating shaft connected to a cylinder brake drum rotating around a newly designed dual quad power stator (DQPS), with hydraulic pressure equalizer plate (HPEP), controlled by an electronic load control system with inline cooling system (ELCS), cooled by a 270-degree water distribution manifold (WDM). The improvements of the DQPS and HPEP result in maximizing the pressure applied by the stator over the entire surface area of the rotor drum, thereby maximizing the coefficient of friction at the kinetic point of energy and increasing load capacity over previous models. The addition of the ELCS increases the number of potential settings of hydraulic pressure, resulting in thousands of power settings, as opposed to previous models using manual load control valves. The WDM cools the dynamometer load absorption unit more efficiently than previous models.

摘要： In order to simplify the execution of test drives with a test vehicle which is controlled by a test driver so as to complete a test case, according to the invention, for each test case (TFj) a start condition (SBj) is defined on the basis of at least one sensor signal (S) of a vehicle sensor of the test vehicle and stored in the memory unit together with the associated test case (TFj), wherein each start condition (SBj) defines a particular vehicle state, at least one sensor signal (S) that represents a current vehicle state is recorded by at least one vehicle sensor during the test drive, and the at least one sensor signal (S) is transmitted to a test unit, the test unit reads out the start condition (SBj) of at least one stored test case (TFj) from the memory unit and, during the test drive, the test unit checks whether the vehicle state stored for the read-out start condition (SBj) and the current vehicle state represented by the recorded sensor signal (S) match, and, if they match, the test driver completes the test case (TFj) assigned to the read-out start condition (SBj), in that said test case (TFj) is started, and the test driver is provided with the test steps (TSn) defined in this test case (TFj) for attention, and the test driver performs these test steps (TSn).

摘要： Methods of determining resistive coefficients of a vehicle include using a force-based analysis method and a work-energy analysis method. The methods include receiving an input on a mobile device to initiate a test protocol along a path. The mobile device records a set of measurements for determining a drag area coefficient and a coefficient of rolling resistance for the vehicle using the force-based or work-energy analysis method. For the force-based analysis method, a direct measurement of proper acceleration of the vehicle is measured from an accelerometer on the mobile device. For the work-energy analysis method, a normal force on the vehicle is determined from a direct measurement of proper acceleration from an accelerometer on the mobile device. The mobile device determines the drag area coefficient and the coefficient of rolling resistance based on the set of measurements using the force-based or work-energy analysis method.
