    • The invention relates to a blood lancet apparatus with a base member for the arrangement of a plurality of apparatus components. The base member comprises for example a lancet-receiving device for coupling the blood lancet apparatus to a lancet element, at least one spring element for acting upon the lancet-receiving device with spring force and an actuating element for initiating a movement of the lancet-receiving device. The coupling between the lancet-receiving device and the lancet element is capable of being altered by means of a fixing and/or dispensing device. According to the invention the lancet-receiving device is capable of being deformed by means of a movement of the fixing and/or dispensing device in the longitudinal direction of the lancet-receiving device and by means of an engagement of the fixing and/or dispensing device in at least one recess in the lancet-receiving device.

    • A turbine wheel for driving rapidly rotating tools, in the form of a circular disk or ring, configured for mounting so as to be rotatable about an axis. Disposed thereon in circular formation are turbine blades having axially parallel front and back faces curved in the radial direction. The front face has a lesser radius of curvature (R3, R4), at least in portions, than the back face. This feature allows the turbine wheel to fit into the conventional turbine housings without relatively major redesign and with, at most, slight modifications. The turbine wheel can achieve higher torque than previous turbine wheels at the required high rotational speeds. Thus, a greater quantity of material can be applied to the spraying dome or a spraying disk without a detrimental braking. Surfaces to be sprayed can be provided with a uniform coat of material in shorter time.

    • A rotary actuator has a cylinder and a motor shaft as well as end caps which define a working area. A number of ribs extend from the inside wall surface of the cylinder and an equal number of vanes extend from the outside shell surface of the motor shaft. The ribs and vanes divide the working area into working chambers which are alternately supplied with hydraulic medium. Seals are disposed in grooves in the ribs and the vanes, which seals are braced between the inside wall surface of the cylinder or the outside shell surface of the motor shaft and the respective groove base, so that the seals hydraulically separate the working chambers from one another. The outside shell surface of the motor shaft and the inside wall surface of the cylinder are designed with recesses, so that the prestress on the seals is neutralized in at least one installation position of the motor shaft. The rotary actuator can be used in a stabilizer bar of a motor vehicle suspension system. The recesses make assembly of the actuator conducive to a method of mass production.
