摘要： The invention relates to a machine controller comprising a sensor module (4), an evaluation module (9) and a control module (5), and the sensor module (4) has a convertor which converts a mechanical variable acting on the sensor module (4) into a proportional electric characteristic variable, and the evaluation module (9) is connected via a first signal connection (8) to the sensor module (4) and via a second signal connection (11) to the control module (5). The evaluation module (9) generates a signal profile from the detected electric signal by means of an analysis of potential and/or change, which is compared with at least one reference signal profile stored in a memory means of the evaluation module (9) by means of a comparison module of the evaluation module (9), from which the control signal is generated. Furthermore, at least one of the two signal connections (8, 11) is based on a wireless design.

摘要： A method of dispensing a flowable conductive paste onto a greensheet from a dispensing apparatus comprising an orifice member having first and second surfaces and a bore therethrough between the surfaces, a pressurized chamber adjacent the orifice member first surface containing the paste, and a punch having a face movable through the orifice member bore. The method comprises positioning the punch outside the orifice member bore such that the punch face is spaced from the orifice member first surface, flowing a desired amount of paste onto the punch face, moving the paste on the punch face through the orifice member bore until the punch face extends beyond the orifice member second surface, and contacting the workpiece with the paste while still on the punch face to deposit the paste on the greensheet. The method then provides for retracting the punch until the punch face is substantially coplanar with the orifice member second surface, and then cleaning the punch face and coplanar orifice member second surface to remove any residual paste thereon.

摘要： A heat sink and method for using the same for use in cooling an integrated circuit (IC) chip is provided herein. The heat sink includes a manifold block, a liquid-filled cooling system, and a compliant foil affixed to the manifold block and backed by a liquid in the closed loop cooling system. The pressure provided by the liquid behind the foil causes the foil to bow, and to conform to non-planarities in the surface of the IC chip, thus reducing air gaps and increasing thermal coupling between the IC chip and the heat sink.
