摘要： An active fluid suspension system has a controller for controlling the delivery and withdrawal of air to and from individual suspension units at vehicle wheels in response to the sensor output signals representing a prescribed set of vehicle behaviors. The controller includes insensitivity zone filters each for filtering out those portions of one sensor output signal of which amplitudes are within an insensitivity zone, thereby avoiding unnecessary fluid flow into and out of the suspension units. The insensitivity zone is defined as a range of amplitudes between given positive and negative values. The filters widen the insensitivity zones with an increase in vehicle speed for optimum suspension control in all vehicle speed ranges.

摘要： A vehicular height control system detects lock condition of a drive wheel and a power train. When the lock condition of the drive wheel and the power train is detected, magnitude of the height adjustment is limited within a predetermined magnitude which corresponds to magnitude of rotation of the drive wheel allowed by play in the power train. By adjusting the vehicular height within a limited range, height difference between the predetermined height range and the actual vehicular height can be reduced. On the other hand, by limiting magnitude of height adjustment in the drive wheel and the power train clocked condition, overshooting in the height adjustment can be successfully prevented.

摘要： In this vehicle height adjustment system, a plurality of actuator assemblies are provided, one corresponding to each one of the vehicle wheels and resiliently suspending it from the vehicle body. These actuator assemblies have pressure chambers, and each is adapted to increase or decrease the vehicle height at a location corresponding to its corresponding wheel as respective results of supplying or discharging of working fluid to or from its pressure chamber. Working fluid supply/discharge means are provided corresponding to the actuator assemblies and supply and discharge working fluid to and from their pressure chambers. Wheel loading detection means are provided for sensing parameters representative of the loadings imposed by the vehicle body on the wheels, and vehicle height detection means are provided for sensing the heights of the vehicle above the wheels. A means for computing and control controls the working fluid supply/discharge means, based on the deviations of the actual wheel heights from standard wheel heights, and carries out control adjustment of the actual wheel heights to the standard wheel heights by, at least when the vehicle speed is below a determinate value, carrying out a correction to the adjustment control of the working fluid supply/discharge means, based upon the deviations of the actual wheel loadings from standard wheel loadings, by an amount appropriate substantially to eliminate the loading deviations.
