摘要： A closed leveling system for a vehicle includes a suspension system having a number of corners, and each corner includes at least one strut to be coupled to at least one wheel of the vehicle. The closed leveling system also includes a sensor and a master controller in communication with the sensor. The master controller includes a memory device including computer-readable instructions, and a processor in communication with the memory device. The leveling system also includes a power module assembly including a reservoir containing compressible liquid, a pump configured to withdraw the compressible liquid from the reservoir, a dump valve configured to transfer the compressible liquid into the reservoir, and isolation valves. Each isolation valve is associated with at least one corner. The leveling system further includes secondary volumes in selective fluid communication with the reservoir. Each secondary volume is associated with one isolation valve and at least one corner.

The dual-action dynamic valve is connected to the supply tank, the first set of air springs, and the second set of air springs by a series of air hoses. The dual-action dynamic valve is adapted to supply air to either one of the first set of air springs or the second set of air springs while simultaneously exhausting air from the other one of the first set of air springs or the second set of air springs.

摘要： A compressed air supply installation for operating an air suspension installation of a vehicle includes an air supply unit configured to supply air, an air compression unit configured to compress air, a bleeding line, and a compressed air supply line. The bleeding line includes a bleeding valve arrangement in the form of a controllable solenoid valve arrangement comprising a magnetic part and a pneumatic part actuatable directly via the magnetic part, and a bleeding port for bleeding air. The compressed air supply line includes an air dryer, and a compressed air port for supplying the pneumatic installation with compressed air. The pneumatic part is open in an unactivated state of the magnetic part of the solenoid valve arrangement. The pneumatic part is open in a branch line of the compressed air supply line between a pressure-side valve port and a control-side valve port of the branch line.

The flow path switching unit switches the flow path of the liquid according to an amount of electric current supplied to the flow path switching unit.

摘要： A vehicle air suspension system includes one or more bellows assigned to an air spring of one or more vehicle axles. The bellows can be connected to a main pressure line and can be blocked off therefrom via a connecting line having a level control valve. The main line can be supplied with air via a supply line having a compressor and an air dryer, and can be vented via a vent line, which branches off between the compressor and the air dryer and has a discharge valve. A pressure reservoir can be connected to the main line and can be blocked off therefrom via a connecting line having a storage valve. To set different flow velocities when supplying and venting the bellows, the bellows of the air spring arranged on a vehicle axle or on a vehicle side is/are connected to the main line and blocked off therefrom via at least two parallel connecting lines, each having a level control valve.

It can be used to keep a large vehicle frame horizontal despite a permanent extra load on a first side of the frame. In that case, the system includes a simple air refill valve device (52) that connects a pressured air supply S to the first air bag (12), to vary the first air bag pressure so as to maintain the frame at a predetermined height above a location on the axle. The system also includes a differential valve assembly (54) that includes a first valve (72) that can fill the second air bag if its pressure is too low, and a second valve (80) that can vent the second air bag to the atmosphere if the second air bag pressure is too high.

摘要： The suspension and level control system for vehicles includes, so as to independently control inflation and deflation of left and right front and rear air-springs, corresponding left and right front and rear pneumatic circuits in fluid communication with a pressurized air source. Each air-spring may have at least one air ride cushion reservoir mounted in a parallel pneumatic circuit in parallel fluid communication with the air-spring. Each pneumatic circuit includes a selectively actuable valve for selectively passing pressurized air from the air source into the corresponding parallel pneumatic circuit to selectively inflate the corresponding air-spring thereby raising a corresponding corner of the vehicle; and for selectively venting pressurized air from the corresponding parallel pneumatic circuit to selectively deflate the corresponding air-spring, thereby lowering a corresponding corner of the vehicle. An anti-dive valve in each circuit having a cushion reservoir selectively isolates the corresponding reservoir upon a control signal from a processor triggered by input from accelerometers.

摘要： An air spring arrangement of the motor vehicle is equipped with a tire-fill device which includes the fill unit (20) and a tire-fill connection unit (4). A filling of a reserve tire is ensured even when there is an electric fault in the level control system. The tire-fill connection unit (4) includes an air supply connection (6), a proximity switch (8), an electric sensor connection (10) and a pneumatic connection (12) for rapid coupling and valve connection. The proximity switch (8) includes a reed contact (28) which includes three terminals (32a, 32b, 32c) which are connected to a control apparatus (34). A component (14) has a pneumatic valve connection (16) and a permanent magnet (18) and is connected to the pneumatic connection (12).
