The thermal management multi-layer film/sheet and hollow article structure comprises a laminate of a plurality of alternative metal, plastic, and adhesive layers. And the plastic and adhesive layers comprise of parent phase resin, heat conductive particles, and microencapsule-phase-change-material (MCPCM). The heat conductive particles enhances the thermal conductivity, the MCPCMs absorb heat while the batteries/supercapacitors are in discharging mode.

摘要： A method of forming ablative insulation coatings on aerospace structures and articles produced thereby. The method includes forming a mold having a cavity configured to complementarily receive at least a portion of the structure and directly molding the ablative coating to a surface of the structure by introducing a prepared ablative mixture, such as an epoxy resin, into the mold. The process may desirably include curing at atmospheric pressures to reduce the expense and equipment required in carrying out the process. The method of applying the ablative coating further includes features such as varying the thickness of the ablative coating from one portion of the component to another. Control of the thickness may be effected through use of spacers embedded into the ablative coating and formed of the same or similar material previously cured prior to placement in the mold.

摘要： A refrigerant gas is collected and a compressor is removed from a discarded refrigerator, a heat-insulating housing including a heat insulator is cut/processed and separated into a plurality of pieces, and the pieces are compressed/processed by compression rollers opposing each other so as to collect a gas contained in the heat insulator. In accordance with this method, substantially no gas contained in the heat insulator is diffused at the time of cutting the heat-insulating housing, and the gas can be collected at a high concentration because it is collected by being allowed to leak out at the time of compressing. Furthermore, by using the compression rollers, closed-cells in the heat insulator can be crushed easily, thereby collecting the gas completely and reliably. Thus, it is possible to collect a foaming gas contained in the heat insulator efficiently and disassemble a refrigerator at low cost without increasing the size of equipment and an installation space.
